“We never really had any issues here, but the last 2 out of 3 visits they have failed to put everything in the bag. One time we didn't get the cheese for the 4 way, I called to let them know, they said they would make a note of it, but then when I went up to get the cheese, they had no record of me calling. Tonight we didn't get the onion for either of the 4 ways. They charge extra for a 4 way and to not get what you paid for is quite disappointing. They need to do a better job on carryout, making sure they are putting everything in the bags. Customers depend on them to make sure they get what they paid for.“

“This is the only Subway I’ve been to that has consistently gotten my order correct, and the quality is always superb. Other locations near me have been terrible, so it’s nice to have a consistently good location to go to (especially since I get Subway a lot😅). They are always friendly and attentive. I’ve ordered to-go and delivery several times with no issues.“

Kathy and the other lady who came in at 11:30a that day, sorry I don’t remember her name, were both very helpful and polite. We had a pleasant conversation and were very nice to my kiddos. She offered them mints and wipes for their fingers. She was very helpful when I was needing something and didn’t want to leave my kids by themselves she offered to get me something.

Today, 8/9/24, Kelly took the initiative to check in on my mobile in store pick up order. She was very nice and polite.

The few times there have even been the slightest question of safety or miscommunication in the kitchen, they have remade his food with no problem. “Just ordered Bubbakoo's today and Chipotle no longer exists to me. This restaurant outdoes them in every way. I would marry this restaurant if I could. I ordered a taco salad with fried cauliflower and I melted as soon as I took my first bite. The crispiness of the cauliflower was perfectly complimented by the perfectly cooked beans, delicious sauce and guacamole. The way my food was packaged made it feel like I was opening a present. I think I'm in love.

“I have only ever been a drive-thru customer at this location, so I cannot speak to the dining room. However, the drive-thru has outdoor speakers with upbeat music playing and it smells heavenly outside, not a smelly dumpster or grease stain in sight. The food is always the same quality, and the line to order moves very quickly. The menu has good visibility and the crew at the window are very pleasant to interact with. Can’t go wrong stopping here for some good fried chicken“

“The food was good as usual. I am not a fan of the new mets, however, as they seem to be smaller than the Hotdogs. I will say that over the years, the skyline has always had good food, but the price is less than to be desired. This is why, unfortunately, we eat chili dogs at home usually as you can usually get 2 to 3 times the amount of food compared to in resturaunt. I was also shocked when our bill came out to be more than what we would spend at a restaurant such as Olive Garden.“

“My son & I got takeout here (Madisonville) for the first time last night. The Cheesesteak beef is delicious--juicy & full of flavor--as is the Amorosa roll it's served on. No where you find yourself in the Queen City.Personally, noodles are my least favorite delivery method for chili to taste buds. But, icons existing for a reason. Even though the chili is a little sweet for my liking, the chili dogs are a wiener (see what I did there) and the service is great!Legends exist for a reason!“

“First visit today - I ordered 2 full slabs, the fried cabbage, jalapeño corn bread stuffing, and potato salad sides, all of which perfectly compliment the smoke on those ribs. Also got to sample a new menu item - jerk pork burnt ends. Absolutely fantastic! The flavor of that jerk sauce will give you chills. Definitely coming back to try everything (yes, everything) else. “went to Swensons on Madison road in Cincinnati ohio. We had been meaning to try this since it open. We were a little disappointed in the serving size of the fries, Double cheese burger, and Fried bologna sandwich. Taste wise it was great. Service was fast and friendly. “We came from out of town and were told we had to try the three way. We stopped in at Skyline Chili. Our waitress Emma L. helped us figure out what we should order. Emma was the best! Unfortunately a table of furries seated next to us was so incredibly rude to Emma. They were loud, obnoxious and quite frankly creepy. Emma waited on them like they weren’t garbage humans. “As a true Cincinnatian, Skyline Chili runs through my veins. Literally- Good/bad cholesterol is subjective in my opinion. Once a month, I bathe in a tub of Skyline Chili, topped with neon orange cheese, to clear my pores and improve my chakras. We are currently bottle feeding our newborn daughter Skyline chili. Our doctor said that it’s probably a bad idea, but she’s originally from Pittsburgh, so I don’t trust her. Anyways, I can’t wait to have her quinceañera and wedding at this location one day. It may be nostalgia, but the Oakley and Clifton locations are my favorite Skylines.“

I have to say, I absolutely have no regrets! Tried the cheese Coney with habanero cheese, 3-way with habanero cheese, and a side salad with habanero cheese.
The service was absolutely amazing and super friendly. They were actually happy for us for trying it the first time.
