“My previous review was 4-star, but after tonight I just have to change it. We walked into the dining room and immediately we were hit with an unpleasant odor - like old grease. Then then we looked at the floor and it was filthy! We turned right around and walked out. So sad?“

“If you want an old fashioned, homemade oversized burger just the way you like it, then stop here. They grill it right when you order it so it takes a minute for you to get your order, but believe me when I say it is worth the wait. Juicy and prepared with the fixings of your choice, add a side of onion rings or fair fries and you can't go wrong. Milk shakes are delicious and all-in-all pricing is fair for what they're offering. Outside picnic tables or take it to a nearby park, or your home. No inside dining here, this is old school drive up dining at its very best!“

“I ordered a custom design on an ice cream cake and the person who helped me get the file sent to them was very helpful. I chose to let the decorator pick the colors and when I sent the file I suggested they send me a photo when it was done. Gerri decorated my cake and sent the photo which really made my day! The colors were perfect the print was lined up exactly how I wanted it and seeing it before I picked it up gave me a lot to look forward to. Thank Gerri!“

“Just want to say thank you to ms.brooke at the window. She was so friendly and made me feel like she cared about what she was doing. It's not hard. But alot of people can't do it or fake it. I guess we get comfortable where we're at will settle for less. Keep doing a great job girl you'll be setting the bar higher then giraffe tail soon.“

“This is single-handedly the nicest Mr. Hero I have ever been to. The inside is huge and very modern. There’s a large dining area.

Our food came out relatively quickly and it tasted awesome. I got the Hot Buttered Cheesesteak. Would definitely recommend you try it!! The waffle-doodles are also excellent.“

“This place is pretty good. The pizza is great (Try the Big New Yorker!) but the service is meh. They always get our address wrong and blame it on their “system” even though the app has our address right. Another thing is that the staff are kind of rude about it. Then we have to wait upwards of an hour just to get our food since they have to make a fresh pizza and by then it’s not even worth it.“

“I work for a wrestling team competing at a tournament in Geneva, Ohio, so I called this Subway location to place a large pickup order for their lunch. I was met with the BEST customer service! Denise, the new General Manager, answered my call and was a superstar helping me place the pickup order. I was met with such kindness and she asked me a few different questions so she could provide the best service to feed my team. I told her a general idea of what we were wanting and she helped me create an order that fit all of my requests and beyond!“
