“My lady and I had a wonderful evening and meal. Dakota was our waitress, and she was outstanding. Food and atmosphere were very good. Only downfalls were dirty and decayed restrooms plus dirt on floors in dining area. I know that we will return.“

“I am not from the fairlawn area, just stopped to this location for a quick lunch. I wanted to highlight an interaction I saw with Liz, who im assuming was a manager. There was a woman sitting behind us who wasnt enjoying her meal, and had some serious dietary restrictions. Liz went above and beyond for this woman. Getting her nutrition information, offering different food options, trying to find a solution for her to enjoy her meal within her restrictions. I probably watched Liz walk back and forth 10 times and spent close to 30 minuets, during the afternoon rush, with this woman to attempt to make her happy. Unfortunately this woman wasnt having it and then got upset when she was no longer hungry and wasnt willing to exchange her meal for something else. The lady was appreciative in the end for the time that Liz spent with her thankfully. I think at the end of the day, she wanted someone to talk to about her situation and Liz help provide that for her. While this is my first time at this location, I can tell that Liz embodies the chick fil a customer service model, going above and beyond.“

Parking: Greensburg, PA has three and they are ALL great with great staff.

Kid-friendliness: I love to see kids enjoying themselves with their families AND they are eating good food.

“We had the nicest ladies in the drive-thru today. We were passing through town and decided to stop. We were greeted and helped over the intercom, and then two ladies met us at the window and fell in love with our dogs in the back seat. They gave them popcorn chicken as a treat (yes they asked before hand) and it made our day. I hope they are recognized for their kindness and positive attitudes. 12/20/20 @ 3ish, y’all are great! “I ordered through DoorDash last night and got the 6pc meal that came with 4 individual sides and 4 biscuits. It was the best food from a KFC I’ve ever had! The food was actually almost too hot to eat at first! It all tasted so fresh like it was just made to order (mind you this was at 8:30pm so I wasn’t expecting it to be that fresh). The order was correct and packaged with care. And kudos to the DoorDash driver for their speedy delivery after picking it up!“
