Forgot about us in car line. When I went in to get the food since it had been about 10min, it was ice cold in the bag. I asked if we c a just leave the food and do a card for the amount since it was bad, the poor kid didn’t even know where the manager was to ask. I took the food to not cause a scene but will never go back to this location. Never had a bad experience at a Wendy’s before and sad it was this one in Norton.

I ordered door dash. ADDED mayo to a double stack and apparently your workers are incompetent because all that was on my sandwich was mayo… ridiculous.
