“I really want to give a shout out to Jack, Andi, Sharon & Elizabeth for making my family's dinner perfect! They can be picky & only want mustard, lettuce, and tomato on their cheese burger & you guys are probably the only fast food restaurant to actually get our order right! Not to mention it was out to me FAST! It was hot & delicious! I didn't know the bread came that fluffy & fresh! If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Thanks again!“

“I brought my 14.5 year old Bully here for a taste of chocolate before having her put down. You guys were so compassionate and understanding. The young lady at the drive thru was super nice and understanding. You guys only charged me 1.00. (I didn't get much for her because she was having stomach issues that day but no dog should leave this world without some ice cream and hot fudge) Thank you for making a horrible day a little easier with your understanding.“

“I was just there in the drive thru about 10 minutes ago and the young man running the drive thru window was very polite and courteous! The food wasn’t ready just yet since they couldn’t hear me through the drive through speaker, they asked me to pull around and my food was hot and fresh. I haven’t been there in awhile but it was great service. Keep it up!“

“Let me first start by saying MOST of the staff were so kind, and treated me with respect. I want to say thank you for making me feel less awkward in a tense, awkward situation. I had a BAD drive thru experience, BUT they made it right. I only left a 4 star on food because they did forget my Baconator on 2nd time around. 4 star on service and atmosphere because although they made it correct, there was one person who was unprofessional and disrespectful. The GM. I had to wait for him to come in, as he came in completely disheveled, yawning, wiping his eyes - WITHOUT knowing the situation, he just raised his voice and said he WAS NOT replacing my order, just because of the price. Just the way he handled the situation, especially with my 11 yr old daughter there, was unprofessional and disrespectful. HIS team corroborated my sorry and in the end the order was replaced. The GM walked away with me thinking I was getting nothing, but I stood there, firm, and his sent his employees to tell me 1. I wasn't getting anything. 2. I was getting a refund (and I showed said employee that the total at the register was more than I paid and showed it was like 4-5 less) 3. I was then told they were replacing my order. Not once after the GM got angry, hollered, and stormed off did he come back and make things right, apologize, or anything. My daughter and I are not used to grown men raising their voices and throwing a hand up at us so I think that is what made my blood boil so much, because I can Def assure you that he would never had done that had my husband been standing there. He should thank his team for the 4. It was THEIR professionalism and THEIR kindness that has prompted me to leave a 4.“

“I pick up food from this Chipotle at least once a week. The food is always good. I have two suggestion for improvement: 1) get a slightly bigger container for those of us who want rice on the side. 2) Improve consistency in portion size. You never know what your going to get.“

“I came in here with my children last week and had the best service I’ve had since covid! The young lady who waited on us, Skyler, was absolutely phenomenal. Her smile never left her face and she made sure we had a great time! This type of service is what makes me want to come in and spend money, I will be there the same time this week to sit in that section. She made this our new favorite dinner spot!“
