“Have been there twice. Both times the service was superb and the food was great. No issues at all. They kept our drinks filled. The manager we knew came over and talked with us. Very polite and waitress knew what she was doing. Haven't been there in a while.”

“My husband and I were pleasantly surprised with this place. I put off trying them for a while because I thought it seemed expensive when I looked up their menu.. it's really not though, considering the burritos are seriously huge!! Definitely get more than 1 meal out of them, and they're worth the price! The steak and shrimp are both so flavorful, and have been cooked perfectly every time..and they have the best chips and salsa.”

“I know it is hard working on Christmas but when you make reservations you expect to be seated at your reservation time. When bringing up my party had waited over 20mins over our reservation time, and seeing another party who had just come in be seated, I was told by the hostess with an attitude that they couldn't keep up with times and which party should be seated before the other! When being seated we waited over an hour for food, steak was over cooked, lobsters and baked potatoes cold and seafood boil too spicy. When we told the waitress the seafood boil was too spicy we were told that maybe next time we should stick to the no spice level and the order could not be fixed. My son ended up not eating the seafood boil. This was a bad Christmas food experience, never will dine at Red Lobster on a holiday!”

“Ordered a shredded chicken sandwich, while my dad opted for a ham and cheese sandwich. Unfortunately, both of us were disappointed with our meals. The shredded chicken had an artificial taste, and the bun was soggy. The ham and cheese sandwich was also served on a soggy bun, and the combination of ham and cheese was unappetizing. Additionally, both sandwiches were lukewarm, despite having waited 15 minutes for our order. We were both looking forward to enjoying some good sandwiches but unfortunately, the quality did not meet our expectations.”

“The store is bright and very clean. You put your order into the kiosk, pay, and wait. My wait time was less than 3 minutes for 4 large cookies. I went to get their Benson Boone Moonbeam Icecream Cookies and they are fantastic!”

“First time going and everyone is work with told me about this place being better than Texas roadhouse. Well let me tell you it is by far better. People are vary polite. Food came out fast and hot. New York strip 14oz with bubba's Texas rice and salad was amazing. Keep up the good work I will definitely be coming back. Oh yeah my wife and I was there for our anniversary dinner. Well worth the price.”

“Hunt Brothers Pizza is a great pizza for anybody searching for really good tasting food the employees are always very respectful their Pizza is also never undercooked or overcooked it is always just right with a perfect amount of toppings”

“The Thanksgiving meal was fantastic! My lady friend and I have never tasted ham that good! The down was the Kaiser bread rolls. They were not even warmed up, weary and colorless on the top.”

“Wanted to take family somewhere they have never been. My wife and I have been to the ones in SoCal more than a few time and have had great experiences. Five Guys is relatively new to this area so we decided to give them a go. The lunch rush was just starting to dwindle when we arrived. There were 4 variations of the Little Cheeseburger, 2 little fries, 2 strawberry shakes, and 2 sodas in the order. Our order came our precisely as ordered and was truly delicious! The visual presentation of the 2 cheeseburgers at the bottom of the bag was not the best. The top buns were totally smushed. Still delicious but smushed. Perhaps the burgers should be in the top of the bags and fries in the bottom?? There may be some sticker shock for those who have never visited. You pay for what you get. Fresh ground beef being grilled to order and fresh ingredients customized to your liking not to mention the fresh made milkshakes! My mom and her partner both loved their meal and visit remarking that they will be back.”

“I've been visiting WingStreet Pizza Hut for several years, and the experience has consistently been solid. The food is great, exactly what I’ve come to expect, and the service is always friendly and reliable. It’s clear they care about maintaining quality where it counts—at the table.

However, I had to knock off a star due to the condition of the bathroom. There was urine on the floor, a strong odor, and the paper towel dispenser was not only empty but left wide open. It definitely needed attention and could easily put off a customer’s appetite. Cleanliness in all areas is important.

Still, overall, it's a great place for wings and pizza, and I’ll continue to come back. Just hope to see some improvement in the restroom upkeep.”

“always a great place to go. this location was pretty limited on some things. no boneless skinless chicken breast, no frozen breakfast potatoes, fresh salsas, .60 eggs 13$?? Walmart 60 eggs, 5.70. Staff is always great.”

“I’m so happy you reopened in the mall I’ve already been twice and each time the pretzels were better than I remembered. The employees are all great they are working so hard to fulfill the tons of orders and they were able to do that and still be incredibly nice. I love how clean the whole restaurant is and I can’t wait to get more pretzels.”

“C'mon, it's Cane's! You know that combo is gonna be tasty! Now, I will say that I'm a crispy fries type of person. If I'd change anything at Cane's, it would be the fries. A bit undercooked for my taste. But that chicken and sauce can't be beat! The store looks very nice inside but it's considerably smaller than most locations. Be careful in the parking lot! It's a crazy setup! Nice to have this option when we visit Mansfield for a shopping day. We'll be back!”

“so my car ran out of gas in the drive through, horrible day but the staff there was so incredibly helpful they pushed my car and one of the staff even went home to get me a gas can. truly thankful that happened in there parking lot, also my sandwhich was delicious as usual.”

“We got to this restaurant frequently and the service is always good and the food is usually delicious .
Today (11/25/2025 @ around 7:40 was in the order was placed) we ordered a to go order, and since we had never had an issue until tonight. My daughter gives us our food (we live in Galion) and the wings are way over cooked. When my husband opened his box you could SMELL the burnt.

However, when I called the manager was very nice, understanding and offered me a refund. I declined the refund and requested to have the wings remade and we would bring back the food (minus the 1 my husband attempted to eat. No clue why he tried with the smell, but whatever)
When we got there, this blonde haired lady came out with a to go bag ready for us, she even had them remake our fries.
I gave her our old order and she apologized and was friendly!
To me the staff making it right (remaking the food) was so much better and the best possible customer service option (in my opinion)

I will come back here, not because we love the food (we do) but because the staff was super friendly and willing to acknowledge a mistake made and they made it right by remaking the food.”
