“Let me tell you! This is the best experience I think I’ve ever had at a Starbucks location. I have had a few issues with another one within Mansfield/Ontario and this has made everything worth it, to come here and receive the service that I have received today! Not only was my drink amazing, but the staff there were so kind. 💕They did not rush me when ordering answered all my questions and also made me laugh & we’re so relatable & friendly! All in all with their kindness and service, it was just amazing and I don’t think that we tell people enough when they do a good job and they did a phenomenal job!!! So if you are in the Mansfield or Ontario area this is the location that I would go to for sure!“

“Went through the drive through today. Greeted with the best energy i have ever experienced! The guys name was Jacob and he NEEDS a raise. Genuinely made my day, he was the nicest person i’ve ever met and the coffee was fire, tasted amazing and made exactly how i imagined it!!“

“I ordered a sugar-free vanilla cold brew while I was grocery shopping as a treat because I don’t normally consume caffeine and sweets anymore. However, when I got home, I accidentally knocked it over and spilled the entire thing over my kitchen counter. I had to go back to Kroger to get an item that I forgot, intending to buy another coffee while I was there, but when they found out what happened, they gave me one gratis. I was really touched by their kindness because it had been a particularly bad day. One small act of kindness can make someone’s world!“
“Busy Sunday morning - went through the drive thru and they were quick to take my order and get me thru the line. Coffee was perfectly made! Kelcy who greeted me at the window was very friendly, smiling and very helpful! Thanks for a great experience“
