HORRIBLE TIRE Installation!!!
Purchased my tires online on 10/8, installed a few days later. The entire dash was lit up,tires over inflated, the car hopped when driven;everything that was NOT wrong with my vehicle prior to the tire installation . The tire pressure sensors were not reprogrammed. They placed a line of weights on the rim in addition to an additional weight in front of the line of weights on each tire and left the manufactures bump weights on the tires. This is the second time now I’ve come to Sam’s for gas, waited in a long line, only for the mobile app (my Sam’s card and payment) to completely crash. The man at the pumps was helpful offering a membership card but I couldn’t use it as the app was also my payment. He told me the WiFi doesn’t reach out to the pumps and this happens all the time. Sam’s please do something about this. This was the only time I had to make it down and I had to just leave. Extremely frustrating.
Getting your food delivered is a joke from this place.. If you get delivery, may the odds be forever in your favor of getting everything you ordered.
