“Outstanding customer service! The employees are always friendly and courteous. Orders are taken carefully and delivered to the table when dining in. Tonight, for the first time, we had a minor mix up on our order. When we made a staff member aware, the manager promptly offered to make a new sub and personally made sure it was correct this time. The attention to detail and making sure the customer was satisfied was very much appreciated. Thank you again to the entire Penn Station staff! Keep up the good work.“

“Hubbie and I had an excellent experience at this Subway! They actually put enough meat on the sandwiches, unlike some stores we've patronized. We got two 6-inch heated subs with turkey (different cheese and different toppings) and they were nice enough to charge us the cheaper price for a 12-inch sub since they were basically the same sandwich. The bread was SO FRESH and soft! We've visited some Subways that served stale bread. The two servers were excellent and very friendly. I highly recommend this Subway! I hope someone will compliment the servers for us. We were there on Sunday, January 18th around 1:30 pm. Kudos to the franchise owner for making great hiring choices and keeping the food up to high standards.“

“I loved visiting this subway. The staff was quick and knowledgeable. The lady working the counter was brilliant with her skill-set and took pride, I believe, in making a good sammich! The bread was fresh. we both got Italian herbs and cheesh. She got the turkey, I got the Steak. The veggies were fresh and crisp. The location was clean and quiet. I have no complaints. I will visit again. Delish.“

“I love this Subway! Yesterday in the late morning Katy and her friend and co-worker whose name starts with an A I believe served me, and they were amazing. They were extremely helpful and professional, and made my delicious sandwich very quickly. These young ladies are going places, so I can only hope that they are valued at their place of work.“

“River and Alivia were working, the place was clean and they were friendly. I seen such good attitudes with them. They were helpful, worked well together, and the food they made us was awesome. They made subs like Subway use to be. They were not skimpy, they gave recommendations, overall experience was excellent. Highly recommend these two girls and the food there. Even had fresh cookies.
