Thanks Ms. Charlie for the excellent service for our birthday celebration. You did a great job getting orders for 15 people. The Resturant had a private room with came in very handy.. I suggest that management hire and try to keep good staffing, so the restaurant can't continue to thrive, function at a high level and keep great people that want to working and help you stay successful !“

“First time! Excited! Heard nothing but compliments. The restaurant had many open seats. We enter and a person of upper management looked up and punched in something and then directed the server. The server, under direction took us to the worst place in the restaurant. My prayer was that it wasn’t because we were a family of color. I tried hard to disregard the thought as we were directed to sit outside the kitchen door. :—/. I was getting away from the kitchen. That was the last place I wanted to celebrate our special occasion. I asked for a different place in the restaurant that was housing one other visible couple. She was very happy to oblige us. When a restaurant is full, I can understand…. But this was far from the case. The server was 5STAR ! Food 5STAR ! “I feel like I got cheated from an awesome experience because of my waiter Adonis. he was not rude, he was just inpatient, he didn't recommend any toppings for my steak and was so matter of fact, he said he been there for a while like 8 years but it was so rushed and he was a somewhat of a mr know it all, I would go back but I would want a different server, he like finished my sentence and didn't take my request seriously it ruined the mood, the steak was ok, Def not in my top 5 steak house in the area!“

“This is by far my favorite restaurant in Cleveland! The food is consistently amazing, the cocktails are craft made and the waitstaff is attentive. The steaks here are top notch, some of the best I’ve ever had, but the chicken parm is worth a cross country trip. One of the spotlights here is the management, Nicole always goes above and beyond for us. Whether it’s remembering the specific drink orders for my team and my clients or popping the grate off a sewer drain to rescue a lost set of keys Nicole makes sure we are well taken care of. “Nikki is always a fantastic bartender at the Macedonia Outback location! I go there pretty frequently, and I always get awesome service and really good food as well. I recommend trying it; I think you'll be pleasantly surprised.“

I had always known Austins was there and my husband and his friends had been going there for lunch but wow it has absolutely everything you'd want in a neighborhood steakhouse! my husband, and I go out with friends and usually to more expensive steak restaurants, but boy oh boy, this place has everything those restaurants have but slightly less the price and twice as much warm and friendly!! our steaks were delicious. Our server was lovely and efficient. The crowd was fun. I don't know what more I can say to convince anybody that this is a real great place and each dish was the same as at the more expensive places, but definitely a more reasonable price not cheap but reasonable!“

“When you haven't eaten all day, and you drive from Michigan to see a show in Cleveland, and you're starving after and you are just praying for somewhere to be open late, Best Steak N Gyros checks all the boxes. And they're not joking about being the best steak-- the Philly cheesesteak was incredible! And the fries, omg. Skin on, seasoned, delicious. Exactly what I wanted. I left here 100% the opposite of when I went in, and this is going to be on the list of must-stop places anytime I'm back in the area.“

“This my weekly place as I go either with my wife or other friends, The only reason Im giving 4 stars cause sometimes we have to return the medium cooked steak to be cooked as we ordered “well done”. One time we returned it, they put it on fire for too long and came back super dry.
Other than that, the waiters are very friendly and check on us few times, prices as expected to be and portion is very good.

“Great food, so many meats! And our server Moe was so friendly and provided great service. They gave us a free dessert for our anniversary. We chose the cheese cake and our server recommended the Milky Way martini and the Brazilian coffee which was so good with the cheesecake!“
