They were friendly and professional. The store was clean and again the service was very pleasant.
I was never really a Chipotle fan before. However, this summer especially in Parma and Kamms Corner they've (employees) made me a HUGE fan.
So, I'd like to thank each one of you for being great at your job. And, your customer service is top notch!

“Hear me out heard they are under new management is what I was told when I complimented the cashier and kudos!!!! The last 2 times I went they had ample employees 2 on the line and a cashier!!! WHAT????!!!!! ANDDDD…plenty of staff cooking, cleaning, etc. The workers were friendly, steadily paced, and pleasant both times!!! Oh and they weren’t out of anything! Good job by far best chipotle around at this point, hope it stays this way!“
“Met my mom here for lunch. Tried their carne asada bowl with a side of chips and an agua fresca. I took no pix (sorry!) But the food was delish. The agua fresca I tried with turmeric was very nummy and nicely balanced. I could taste the turmeric, but it was not overwhelming. It was a perfect touch. Mom said if I hadn't told her it was in it (good for inflammation), she wouldn't have known.
We had a great time just sitting and chatting for over an hour. The noise levels varied, but never got out of control. The might have set up some panels to help with that coz I've been in some restaurants where talking was not an option. I have an auditory processing problem and she has hearing aids, so... 😊 very happy we could hear eachother to talk and felt the freedom to do that coz that's what we met up to do!
I'd come again!
It was also a relief to be out of the cold. It is a blustery, spitting fall day! The warmth of the food is still warming me 20 minutes later. 🥰“
