“I'm here this morning bc the power is out due to a heavy storm. The entire area is out. I was not alone in my plan to get coffee bc my kurig is not an option. This place is packed. Most of the people are kind but as usual there are those few awful people who pretend their inconveniences should roll out into other people's experiences. The staff here is working hard and incredibly efficiently to get everyone their caffeine and a small bite. I'm sure many if not all of the staff here didn't have powethis morning at home before they came to work. I'm sure they endured enough of their own inconveniences if not also having damage to their homes and whatnot. Thank you for my coffee and for making everyone's day a little easier while your very own morning has surely been uneasy.“
“I will go out of my way to come to this Dunkin. They are always SO nice and friendly. I messed up my drink order and they were quick and remade it and didn’t make me feel bad for messing up. Shout out to Kelsey; she is the nicest barista I’ve ever encountered. And thank you Taylor for fixing my mess up! You remade it perfectly! Always great service and great coffee at this Dunkin. They are the BEST Dunkin in the Parma area by far. Will be back so soon!“
“Good place for coffee and donuts on the run, with considerate staff. The drive-through is almost always very busy, but the generally long line moves along nicely.
Parking is not a problem, but entitled people are: it never ceases to amaze me how some people (like this guy without a handicapped placard displayed on the dash, or hanging from the mirror) think that they can commandeer a handicapped parking spot (the only such space in the Dunkin’ parking lot). The short, chubby (yet, able bodied) driver took offense to me taking this photo of his vehicle, so he yelled at me - all the while sounding like he had a mouthful of marbles. He couldn’t even answer as to why he felt he could park in a handicapped parking space without a placard.
I wish there was a way Dunkin’ could monitor their parking lot, but they’re more than busy inside doing a great job of taking care of their customers.“
