“Went in and was greeted with a smile. I ordered a whitser, and it was finished in less than 5 minutes. The inside seats about 20 people, and there is a bathroom. You can order single flavors, make your own, favorites, or have ot blended into a shake. They also have quart and pint sizes available. There is plenty of parking.

Parking: Plenty of parking, there are handicapped spots avaliable.

Kid-friendliness: They have smaller sizes and basic flavors.

Wheelchair accessibility: There is a step onto the sidewalk. I dont recall a ramp that was close. Once on the sidewalk, it is accommodating for a wheelchair.“

“Staff and I brought our large group of participants with special needs to this location this afternoon. We had the kindest staff and great food. Even after we were there for a while, we were again greeted by the General Manager, training manager and other employees with a great big “hey guys!” They asked me for my card to send us deals and offers for future trips with our group as well as free treat coupons for everyone. “Whit's in New Albany, OH is my favorite Whit's for frozen custard & Pies. I go there often and enjoy the friendliness of the owner & the staff. The freezer's are always filled with so many varieties. It's hard to make a choice. I buy several of my favorites & take them to my family, out of town - who are not lucky enough to live close to a Whit's.
