“Great family run bar with good food, drinks and service. Went on a Monday night...managers special was Chicken Paprikash and a salad for $10. 👍👍 We ordered the Paprikash and a Chicken 🐔 Tenders and fries 🍟. Everything was excellent and we will be back. Food specials every day.“

“I think this is the best pizza in the Fairlawn/Copley area, especially if you like NY style. Only minor gripe is I wish they had online ordering, but calling in a takeout order is also pretty easy. Brighten Brewing next door is also a great place to stop in if you've never been.“

“I had a great experience at Mr. Hero. The food was fresh, hot, and exactly what I was craving, but what really stood out was the service. The staff was friendly, patient, and welcoming, which made the whole visit feel easy and comfortable. You can tell they care about what they’re serving and the people they’re serving it to. Sometimes it’s the simple places that leave the best impression, and this was one of those times. I’ll definitely be back! I’d recommend this location to anyone!“

Prices are now always exorbitant everywhere you go but we really treated ourselves to the outdoor patio and beautiful birds. Our family enjoyed our wonderful time, but mostly our cashier lady was cheerful.
She deserves a raise because the burgers cost enough to pay for it.“

“My husband and I got a night out on our own and ended up here. We started with the pickle fries and drinks. He had a peanut butter old fashion, and I went with the Dark & Stormy. I'm a fan of Gosling's Black Seal and was pleasantly surprised to see it on the menu. For our entrees, he got the Reuben and I had the Shroomin' Burger. We love seeing that they use The Farmer's Rail for their burgers - delicious, locally-raised meats. For dessert, I saw the creme brulee on the menu. it turned out to be a mango creme brulee! Such a delicate mango flavor, creamy, not overly sweet. Great service, great food... We'll definitely be back for nights out!“

“The older black lady working is a gem of a human. I came in to eat when a giant and I mean giant group of around 60 people came in. Was a baseball team. I decided to still come into eat as I already drove 10 minutes. Food came oit super fast and the lady made a point of asking me very quickly what my order was and got it to me before the giant group. 11/10 service every time I go there. I see her almost every time I'm there and she's always super nice and is always doing something to help out.“

“Bar maid's boy friend was at the end of the bar. Needless to say he got 80% of her attention. It was difficult to spend money or get a drink. Food tasted great. Although my French dip sandwich came with enough dip for about two bites. I would guess it was just the bar maid doing a poor job. She spent a lot of time in the kitchen. The Thursday day bar tender needs a different job. I will return hoping for better service.“

“Short-staffed at this location at the toll road service center for our big bus group plus other travelers. Also, wouldn't give the bus drivers a courtesy meal because we didn't call ahead. They were just not prepared for the influx of people, no desserts and so ice cream or frozen drinks. Disappointed quite a few people - but got our food to us, so that was a plus. :)“

“Food is really great I’ve gone here multiple times(I really like the grilled chicken sandwich and large fries)it being more fresh and healthy then other places is a plus the workers are all nice and are always giving me coupons and the manager is especially nice giving me free drinks with my food occasionally overall definitely something you should at least try once“
