Our waitresses were efficient and friendly the whole time. All the food is amazing. I've never had a bad meal here. This has become one of my favorite places to eat downtown. I strolled in early to scope out the joint. It was classy, but not too classy. After all, im just a rough n tumble agent, on the edge with a five oclock shadow. I needed something strong, that makes me feel manly, so ordered up 2 Gummy Bear shots and a Corona to appear more masculine. In walks the target. She's bold and beautiful. Will i complete this assignment?? Can i really give her Ye Olde Cock and Ye Olde Bull Experience?? Will the Walleyes win the Caulder Cup?!?!?! So many questions ran through my pretty little agent brain. Then, all of a sudden, i lock eyes with Dani the bartender. She looks at me over her oddly shaped and colorful glasses and conveys the thought that was the epitome of fear deep in my guts. The girl is KGB and has been sent to end this haphazard agent's existence. Before i could say "The Best Burger in Toledo", Dani swept all the glasses in front of us to the side with one leg, while unsheathing the pair of nunchucks she had hidden. With the speed of Michelangelo eating pizza, she dethroned the Spy off her barstool and drug her out by her Soviet hair, all while asking the patrons on the way to the door if they needed more drinks. She gets her do the door and does a roundhouse Patrick Swayze would envy, sending her into Right Field of the Toledo Mudhens Ball Park. She turns back to the bar, weapon in hand and says: "We like to 'chuck' around here at Ye Olde Cock N' Bull" Don't forget to try the French Fries!“

The sandwiches were tasty but the bread was very thick compared to the meat. If it wasn't for the rest of the toppings it would have been a little skimpy.
As for the atmosphere it's pretty average for a sandwich shop.
The service was ok but seemed impatient with me not being familiar with the Menus. Overall it wasn't a bad experience but nothing there to bring me back. 🤔“

“As a new Toledoan, I had the chance to check out one of the city’s oldest restaurants. It’s like walking into a different time period - a restaurant like no other in town. There’s a train car that goes through the center of the restaurant, old school Tiffany’s style lamps and almost like a saloon meets checkered tablecloth vibe. The team has been working there for years - some even 20+! Service is small-town friendly, there are plenty of rooms for big parties and 4 tops alike and the prices are great. There’s currently a BOGO deal for entire pasta entrees. The kitchen is a mostly scratch kitchen with the exception of then breads and pastas which are made in large pasta pots in the kitchen. The garlic butter is amazing and the lasagna and chicken parm were my two fav dishes. The Lambrusco is a yummy wine choice, and they offer Chianti and Pinot noir along with some others. This isn’t the fanciest meal you’ll have in town, but the sauce is good, the chicken is cooked perfectly on the Alfredo and the parm, and the prices are right. Come here for fun events like murder mystery parties and comedy shows on weekends! Also a perfect venue for group parties or showers.“

“My burger was very undercooked, so I sent it back (I spent 10 years in restaurants, I hate doing that) it took over half an hour and came back with no sauce and soooo much lettuce -you could tell the kitchen was mad at me for returning the food. But....I mean, fair. I've been there.
They were understaffed for the rush they got when we went. Our server/the bartender Monica was sweet as could be. As accommodating as she could be with a full bar and several tables. Props to her, she was wonderful.
I understand the kitchen's frustration and I'm sorry for sending food back, but that part of the experience was unpleasant. My boyfriend enjoyed his steak, though.“

“I go to Hot Head every week and rarely do I have any issues what so ever. The food is really good and most of the time, the serving size is on par or better than Chipotle. I also prefer Hot Head as they have so many more flavor combinations!“
