“I had a fantastic experience at this place! The store was super clean, and I was greeted very nicely. I ordered the club sub and the Italian sub, and both were made with fresh ingredients and super tasty. I also loved the surprise pickle! My order was made quickly, and the customer service was great. “I've never been to this one before. Food was very good. I asked them to reheat the soup since I like it piping hot, and it was not a problem at all. They were getting busy, so the server didn't come back to our table as much, but she was very attentive when she did!”

“I live 3 hours away and wanted to send a meal to my friend and her family who had just lost their mother. The staff were extremely helpful, empathetic, and kind to me on the phone. When my friends husband went to pick up, the staff again offered condolences and helped carry the food to the car. The food was amazing to my understanding! This is why people keep coming back to them- excellent food and excellent service! You never know what someone is going through- how amazing to make someone’s hard day better with kindness💕”

“I have celiac disease and have hard a time finding food that isn’t contaminated, especially pizza. The staff reassured me that they checked with kitchen multiple times to make sure nothing was being contaminated. It was by far the most delicious gluten free pizza I’ve had so far !”

“I’d easily pick CM chicken over most fried chicken places in the city, particularly in regard to the places nearby this one, Cane’s and Chick-fil-A are two that come to mind. The chicken is well fried and doesn’t lack on flavor. 🫰🏾.It’s an easy recommendation as not only a go-to fast/fast casual fried chicken spot but fast/fast casual food in general! “We ordered a monster sub and the meatballs with cheese yesterday about 730pm. We were next door for pool league, she told me 25 min for a sub and meatballs, I figured they were backed up for 25 min, I set timer and walked down 2 min before it went off, food was on rack, it obviously was sitting there for some time as the sub meat was COLD. My husband was so upset lol. The meatballs were the size of spaghettiO’s meatballs. The taste was there but the toddler size meatballs were shameful. We’ve gotten these a few times before and never ever were they this tiny To charge $9’for 6 of these is sinful lol Def turned off for awhile , be back at a much later date I sent a message last night before writing this. It’s still unanswered”

“I love this place! I have been eating here since my freshman year of high school and I’m now a senior and so upset I’m leaving for college cause I won’t be able to eat here so often. On a high school kids salary this place is extremely affordable, gives large portions and above all else is delicious. The family working here are extremely kind and generous people who clearly love what they do. I’ve never had a bad meal here and I’ve had almost the entire menu. My favorite is the hot and sour soup and crab Rangoon. He never understood the bad reviews and they even made me scared to eat here but DO NOT TRUST THEM. Majority of the High school and junior high eat here and never complain. This place is once again amazing, so much so I had to leave a review to let people know.”

Everything about this pizza was terrific and we will order from them exclusively. We ordered the supreme and boy was it supreme! “I had been looking for a great pizza place since moving back to Ohio 11 years ago. I had settled on Marcos because when they 1st opened, it was wonderful. I guess they’ve become complacent, or they have so much turnover, that they can’t provide good service anymore. I don’t know what has happened to this place. I have stopped patronizing the restaurant because of messed up orders, pizza boxes stuck to the toppings, and just a general lack of attention to detail. The app is way too unreliable, and you miss out on half of your rewards. When I did order, it was always for delivery. I’m my wife’s caregiver, and we don’t go out much anymore.”
