“Wow I cannot believe that we hadn’t tried this before today. By far the best fried chicken for wings or sandwiches going puts the others in Pickerington to shame. We had the soy garlic chicken which was delicious and hot and spicy and very crispy, and the hot pepper chicken which lives up to its name trust me. Even the fries were crispy and flavorful and normally fries for takeout are wimpy and soggy. Cannot recommend this enough incredibly good food. We are trying the ramen, udan and kimchi next time around for our sides.”

“Went in to celebrate me and my cousin's birthday, already had reservations and still had to wait another half hour 😞, everyone ordered a t- Bone steak,baked potato, salads and even ordered the triangles with spinach dip, pretty good 😊.our server Brice was understanding and helped us out as much as his job description would let him. So whoever the manger was on our date of visit 🤦🏽,had no understanding; steaks under cooked temp 3 times we sent them back to the kitchen 😞.then asked the manager on duty could he do a discount or something; IDK guess he wasn't prepared for that question.so after again another steak came back out under temp,my daughter went and got her meat thermometer and temp the steak herself; instead of the manger standing in the kitchen and making sure the staff was doing like they should 🥺🤦🏽. the manger I feel needed to be in the kitchen and not on the floor 🤷🏽, didn't get our a1 steak sauce nor our Heinz steak sauce 🤦🏽. and so the manger never came back to see if everything was ok, Brice did 👏🏽,so yeah all in all after that the so- called wanna be manger ( the way he was dressed, even for a Sunday: looked like he just came in off the street 🥴) we ended up getting dinner free 😊. that definitely was a nice birthday present for my cousin and I 🙌🏽🥳, but don't think I'll be going back, could of given us food poisoning,simanall, bacteria any and everything from the steak's all of us ordered and it was a total of 5 adults and 2 children.”

When my friends husband went to pick up, the staff again offered condolences and helped carry the food to the car. The food was amazing to my understanding! We were next door for pool league, she told me 25 min for a sub and meatballs, I figured they were backed up for 25 min, I set timer and walked down 2 min before it went off, food was on rack, it obviously was sitting there for some time as the sub meat was COLD. My husband was so upset lol. The meatballs were the size of spaghettiO’s meatballs. The taste was there but the toddler size meatballs were shameful. We’ve gotten these a few times before and never ever were they this tiny To charge $9’for 6 of these is sinful lol Def turned off for awhile , be back at a much later date I sent a message last night before writing this. It’s still unanswered”

“Wonderful pizza, it’s always hot and fresh when I come to pick up and is always ready by the specified timeframe (20 minutes if ordering ASAP) and sometimes is even done earlier.

Sometimes the pizza can get really greasy and get all over the box making a mess but it has been a rare occasion for me. The Capone sauce makes up for it though; it is a flavorful and unique spicy sauce that any spice-tolerant person would enjoy.

The people in there are always nice, they welcome me in and assist me promptly. It also seems like their teamwork and morale is high as I always notice the workers laughing and working well together.

The app is pretty barebones but it gets the job done. I prefer ordering on there so I can receive rewards points because I don’t think you can in the web browser version. My only complaint is I wish the rewards system was fleshed out a bit more. Every 100 points ($100) you get a $10 off coupon for your next order. It’s nice but I wish there were more options for redeeming.

“I love this place! I have been eating here since my freshman year of high school and I’m now a senior and so upset I’m leaving for college cause I won’t be able to eat here so often. On a high school kids salary this place is extremely affordable, gives large portions and above all else is delicious. The family working here are extremely kind and generous people who clearly love what they do. I’ve never had a bad meal here and I’ve had almost the entire menu. My favorite is the hot and sour soup and crab Rangoon. He never understood the bad reviews and they even made me scared to eat here but DO NOT TRUST THEM. Majority of the High school and junior high eat here and never complain. This place is once again amazing, so much so I had to leave a review to let people know.”

I guess they’ve become complacent, or they have so much turnover, that they can’t provide good service anymore. I don’t know what has happened to this place. I have stopped patronizing the restaurant because of messed up orders, pizza boxes stuck to the toppings, and just a general lack of attention to detail. The app is way too unreliable, and you miss out on half of your rewards. When I did order, it was always for delivery. I’m my wife’s caregiver, and we don’t go out much anymore.”

Food was sooo soo delicious!!! It’s been a long long time I’ve had good chipotle at this location !! When I used to come the queso Always had pieces of other type food (steak,chicken) always that would gross me out so I stopped coming also the rice wasn’t good . But today I stopped by and everything was so fresh and so delicious the rice actually taste like lime rice the queso omg it tasted like queso for the first time it was melted and sooo good!!! The guacamole was cold and so fresh ❤️❤️❤️❤️

“we entered the bob Evans and approached the host and requested a table of three the young man was very polite and clearly had some type of a disability and needed help at the podium multiple times he went and spoke with his manager and all he would tell him is people needed to wait instead of overwhelming this young man with frustrated customers the manager should have stepped in to help assist I was very disappointed with the management and staff leaving the poor host out to dry and had we got any attention at all from anyone besides the host I would have let them know how disgusting I thought it was needless to say after about 20 minutes and a waiting room full of people we decided to head to another place to eat as a crowded room and a rowdy toddler don't mesh well only certain tables are open to be seated in and staff seems like they are falling apart it's disappointing and not at all what it used to be”
