“It’s been at least 15+ years since I had Long John Silver last time. I was so glad I had another one in this location particularly on June 8, 2024 afternoon. The service was top notch, all the employees were so friendly with everyone. I haven’t seen anything like that in a very long time. The fish were so fresh and crispy, the shrimp were so delicious. Will be back!“

“Came here on a whim for lunch with the family. And EVERYONE WAS AWESOME food was great. Thank all of you ladies very much.
They even gave us quarters 3 times because kids wanted to get stuff our of the machines.

“This steak and shake is great. People are always very nice at the drive thru. They don't sound angry that you're there. The food is always perfect. Not a sloppy mess. Other fast food places slap the condiments on there and just make it sloppy, not this place. Love the whole rebranding and packaging.“

“This location has some of the nicest and most efficient employees I’ve encountered in a long time ! Every time I come in here they greet you with a “Hello” or “Welcome to Firehouse”.. Whether it’s an online order (that’s always ready by then time I get there), or ordering in person; they are always helpful and friendly. The nice guy who rang me up even honored a coupon that I didn’t realize was supposed to be online order only. I cannot say enough great things about the crew at Pickerington’s Firehouse Subs!“

“When I walked in , Devon did not hesitate to acknowledge my presence . He asked if I was picking up a DoorDash and since I wasn’t he went on to helping me place my order. It’s hard to find people that are this great at service. Plus he was kind and respectful. Honestly deserves the most recognition in this place. He is the face of KFC at this location . “I’m an out of towner from Pittsburgh and have been driving back and forth to cinci since I was a kid. I hadn’t had skyline in a couple years. It was so damn good I had to come leave this review. Got 3 cheese coneys all the way and chili cheese fries. This might be the best fast food in the game! I was literally almost in tears from how delicious.“
