Service was fast and amazing but she definitely needed a 2nd worker for the amount of customers that came in after us. Food tasted fresh and amazing. Looked even better. “I have just received the best customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Greg Todd and his coworkers, have gone above and beyond on two separate occasions. About a week ago, I ordered a Farmhouse salad and there was an issue with the chicken, the young lady that was working the drive-thru window was very apologetic and worked with me to get my food, she offered me a mac and cheese, Id never had one before, I am a huge fan now, she refunded my salad, gave me a free combo coupon, and the mac and cheese! Tonight I went to arbys once again and used my free combo coupon, I asked if it was ok to switch the fries to the mac and cheese and Greg Todd, without any hesitation, said of course. I drove up to the window and asked if they could add a farmhouse salad to my order. Greg Todd immediately told his team member to start making the chicken. He remembered me and once again apologized for the issue with last times visit, and he once again made it right. Greg Todd is an exceptional worker, he went above and beyond making sure that I was completely satisfied with my experience. I had never experienced such good service, rivaling the service one would receive at a fine dining establishment. Greg Todd deserves a raise, promotion and to be recognized for his incredible demeanor and exceptional service. He has truly made me into a loyal customer, I will be coming back!!“
