“My mom, daughter, and I went to this location yesterday and had THE best experience! It was all due to Tyler, the friendliest and most helpful Panera employee!!! He greeted us with a smile and happy welcome. He took our order and suggested options as we placed it. He brought our bag-o-bagels over to us as we waited for our other food. Of course, he did so with his signature smile and friendliness. We left there with such positive attitudes because he made our experience so wonderful. We hope that he and his bosses see this review. He deserves to know how much we appreciated him, as we made sure to repeatedly tell him in person, as well. :)“

“Delicious. Our host treated us to pumpkin bread, scones, cookies, and lemon pull-apart bread. All were fantastic, but the chocolate chip cookies and lemon pull-apart bread were memorable for sure. I would purchase these over and over again if I lived in the area.“

“Incredible coffee. We are from an area with amazing coffee shops and roasters so our standards are pretty high. Florin knocked it out of the park with their espresso-forward lattes and sproda - not to mention their personable customer service. Our only regret is living so far away or else this would be a regular spot for us!“

“This place is a solid option for getting good matcha in Columbus! They have lots of fun and creative flavors to try, never disappoint! I would just say the drinks are on the sweeter side so be careful if you actually want to taste the matcha in the drinks. Limited seating since it’s a pop up in a restaurant.“

“I tried two dishes from this restaurant. One was beef steak on pasta and the other was Muufo, a kind of corn bread served with beef or chicken steak and a spinach spread. I think this is the only restaurant in the city that serves Muufo. It was delicious and the beef steak was even better! I've eaten at over 20 Somalian restaurants in Columbus and this was probably my favorite. Really nice people working there, too, who gave me mango juice for free.“

“Best kept secret in the Busch Blvd area!!! Wow!! Super good! Stopped in while visiting an office in their building. It's tucked away on the first floor but worth seeking out. Got chicken salad croissant, topped with a lot of fresh crispy lettuce and a fresh tomato. PERFECT!! Not to mayo-y, croissant was LARGE and toasted to perfection, and the flavor was out of this world. SO HAPPY to find a great little deli / cafe close to my work. The cat lounge was clean and spacious for cats and visitors, and the staff present were very kind and friendly. “Solid place. Brunch was very good. Mimosa, fresh OJ, and smoothie bowl were good starters.
Deluxe biscuits and gravy with scrambled eggs was quite a different take, but a bit spicy and tasty.
Deluxe egg sandwich was solid choice but a bit more plain and standard. Sunrise burrito with pork sausage was very good and definitely a whole meal in one wrapper.
Counter service with table delivery. Newer decor and friendly staff to go with the great food. Inside or outdoor dining options.

“Stopped in once just to try something different, it has now become one of my favorite places to eat. All the staff are great and super friendly. The food is fantastic (spicy chicken and mushrooms is amazing) prices are good. Would highly recommend it if youre in the area.“

“The manager and his team were fantastic! I order my sandwich not knowing that it would be a cold sandwich. I went to ask the gentleman if I could have it warmed up. He was gracious enough to make me a brand new sandwich! He didn’t make me feel stupid for asking and wasn’t irritated in the least! This is what client service should look like. I work in banking and will use this as an example for my team.“

“I haven't really tried the food items here to comment on them. But I have tried most of the drink options and this is my favorite coffee place by my home. Love the convenience of the drive thru window. The staff is very nice. Have enjoyed the occasional cup visiting with friends and staying in.“

“Food quality is better than most hospital cafeterias. The available food changes throughout the day. There are two periods of time where the cafe is closed between meals. They have hot food, a “to-order” menu, a soup & salad bar and more. Sometimes you have to wait 2-3 minutes for a cashier to come out and ring you out ?.“

“We ordered delivery from here because we had a deal on Uber eats. Panera usually doesn't disappoint and this was no different.

We got 2 sandwiches and 2 soups and a blueberry muffin. The sandwiches were the chicken asjago bagel sandwich and the chicken ranch focaccia. Both were decadent and tasty. The asiago sandwich had a little too much mayonnaise but overall was very good and the chicken ranch focaccia sandwich was quite good.

The soups we ordered were broccoli cheddar and the potato soup. Again both were pretty good. The potato soup was rich and creamy and the broccoli cheddar soup was the right amount of cheese and not too heavy.

We also really enjoyed the blueberry muffin.

Overall it was a great experience and we will continue to visit. Panera is solid.“
