“My mom, daughter, and I went to this location yesterday and had THE best experience! It was all due to Tyler, the friendliest and most helpful Panera employee!!! He greeted us with a smile and happy welcome. He took our order and suggested options as we placed it. He brought our bag-o-bagels over to us as we waited for our other food. Of course, he did so with his signature smile and friendliness. We left there with such positive attitudes because he made our experience so wonderful. We hope that he and his bosses see this review. He deserves to know how much we appreciated him, as we made sure to repeatedly tell him in person, as well. :)“

“Delicious. Our host treated us to pumpkin bread, scones, cookies, and lemon pull-apart bread. All were fantastic, but the chocolate chip cookies and lemon pull-apart bread were memorable for sure. I would purchase these over and over again if I lived in the area.“

Florin knocked it out of the park with their espresso-forward lattes and sproda - not to mention their personable customer service. “Had pho and banh mi here. Excellent pho! Broth was delicious. They had culantro with the vegetables which was a new one for me (no that's not cilantro) but it was delicious. Fried wontons were hot and delicious and the banh mis were incredible, primarily the bread. Bread was phenomenally crisp and crunchy and the fillings were standard but still good. I've had similar fillings at other Vietnamese restaurants but the bread here is by far the best I've ever had. And you can order the bread by itself either in store or to go!“

“I’ve never had Somali food before, but we were in the area last night and it was around dinner time. The host was very kind and explained some of the main dishes to us.

My partner and I shared kay kay, a dish with wide flat pasta noodles (similar to shorter pieces of lasagna) and meat - we chose chicken. It also came with a small green salad on the side. The flavors were delicious, I loved the spices. It was just a tiny bit spicy, not too much - and I usually can’t handle much spice. We also ordered meat sambusas, which are like a crispy meat Pattie in fried dough. It was similar to a samosa in Indian food.

Our child got French fries and a mango smoothie, which he drank right up. It looked like there was whipped cream on top.

The atmosphere is simple, with exposed pipes and overhead lighting. There are art and mirrors on the walls, bringing additional light and color to the space.

Lots of people were coming in and out for takeaway orders.

“We are regulars here. The staff are friendly and hard working. Not afraid to have a conversation with you and they will make your order right without issue. They have other locations but we prefer this location based upon the employees we encounter and the food being so on point.“

Got chicken salad croissant, topped with a lot of fresh crispy lettuce and a fresh tomato. PERFECT!! “The manager and his team were fantastic! I order my sandwich not knowing that it would be a cold sandwich. I went to ask the gentleman if I could have it warmed up. He was gracious enough to make me a brand new sandwich! He didn’t make me feel stupid for asking and wasn’t irritated in the least! This is what client service should look like. I work in banking and will use this as an example for my team.“

“Food quality is better than most hospital cafeterias. The available food changes throughout the day. There are two periods of time where the cafe is closed between meals. They have hot food, a “to-order” menu, a soup & salad bar and more. Sometimes you have to wait 2-3 minutes for a cashier to come out and ring you out ?.“
