“I love this place. It is one of my favorite restaurants ever. I love the food and the hibachi filet mignon and lobster is my favorite. I love the vegetables and the staff is so nice. My waitress Lauren was so awesome and I definitely will be coming back a bunch. The service was so speedy but also with a lot of care and attention. I highly recommend this restaurant!!!“

“I cannot recommend Song Lan more! I cannot believe this evening was my first time stopping in. I’ve been meaning to check it out for quite some time. However, I organized a meetup for dinner at North Market before a comedy show in Bridge Park and North Market was unexpectedly closed for a private event. A friend and I went separate ways to find a place that could get 10 of us in last minute. The staff was so kind and sat us in a beautiful back room. Our waitress was so kind, the atmosphere was perfect, and the food was out of this world amazing! Cannot wait to go back!“

Loved the matcha ice cream and Unajo. They were very authentic.“

“We love Kirin. The food is delicious every time. The Karaage Ramen is AMAZING seriously fried chicken in a soup?? What could be better?? Also the service...it's so rare these days to go somewhere with young staff members who actually care about their job. We always appreciate how hard they work.“

“Visited on a Saturday night for our kids tenth birthday and we had such a great time, all the staff was friendly, our chef was funny and very skilled with his hibachi talents, the Philadelphia roll was fresh and made right as you ordered, they sang a nice birthday song and gave pineapple instead of cake or a sweet treat, and a very lovely photo for us to bring home, the food was fantastic, fried rice cooked perfectly, along with our chicken, the lime margarita was very sour but did not impact the meal. Plenty of seating and we did not wait at all, this is the gold standard for hibachi in Columbus.“

I eat here maybe 5-8 times a year depending on my travel schedule and Kyoto has never let me down...today was simply another great meal. Splurged with the Fillet and Scallop Combo with the egg yolk sauce for the scallops and it was all cooked perfectly.“

I ordered the carry out Teppan Steak Lunch Special (w/fried rice) It comes with grilled veggies and a side salad ( lettuce and a horseradish dressing) The portions were large enough for a decent size lunch and dinner. $20 with the fried rice option. It's worth the extra bucks.“
