“When we arrived at 9:45, they were only operating the fryers and pizza oven. We got chicken tenders with fries and a “lickin chicken” pizza. It did not disappoint! Hot and delicious. The bartender was great and very attentive. It was our first time here and we will be back. Great atmosphere too.“

“My husband ordered the Lake Erie perch sandwich and swears it was some other fish. Size of the filet was much larger than a Lake Erie perch. After reading other reviews, we see that there were complaints about this issue recently. The menu says “Lake Erie perch sandwich”. Nothing about an up charge for Lake Erie perch.“

“We met up with some friends here for lunch. Very deceiving from when you first walk in their door. They have really good food and damn good service!! The back patio is to die for!! They run a very good establishment!! We will definitely be back. One thing I forgot in this review was pictures of our food. The pork cutlet sandwich is absolutely absurd!! I mean that in a great way!! It is huge and delicious! One sandwich will feed a small army!!“

“We were in the area for 4 days. Cleats was the only restaurant we visited twice! Their outdoor patio is nice with a marina view. The appetizers were great. Foods were a little lackluster. The frozen cocktails were delicious. The second visit, our 4 kids were whiny, loud, and impatient. Our waitress (wish I would have got her name) was so kind and patient with us. She got mom and dad’s drinks out right away with waters for all the kids. Brought coloring pages and crayons. Took the babies binky and rinsed it off after it fell to the ground and brought it back wrapped in a napkin. She was very attentive and kind to our family. :)“

“We had eaten here several years ago and really liked it. Back in the area, we decided to go there for lunch. Sometimes a restaurant can change over time. But not Slater's. We ordered Beef Brisket Burgers with hand cut fries. We certainly liked the burgers and the fries were incredible. The service was truly superb. Thank you staff.“
