“This is one of the best McDonald's in NE Ohio! I usually start every workday with their coffee and a breakfast sandwich or blueberry muffin. Today, I tried the sausage gravy and biscuit..... FANTASTIC! Really tastes great, the perfect touch of spiciness and generous portion of gravy! I always use the mobile ordering feature and rarely need to wait long for the food, which is always served fresh, hot and delicious - brought out to my vehicle with a smile!“

“The staff here deserves 10 stars!!! I placed a mobile order for my cousin to pick up because it is her birthday! I called the store and asked if they could write happy birthday on the cup! Just for something a little special! The person I spoke too was so eager to do so and extremely friendly!!! Not only did they write on the cup, they also gathered around the drive thru window to yell happy birthday, and also gave her a donut on them!!! They didn’t have to do any of it at all, but THEY DID!!!!“

“When I went in earlier they were slammed and behind roughly ten people, so they stopped the line for about ten minutes and caught up. All of the employees were super nice and the one who took my order said she was training a bunch of them so it was even worse. Most people would be upset in this situation, but I was actually impressed and thought that they did a great job. I didn't wait too long for my order, even then I didn't mind waiting because I knew they were busy and needed time.“

I'm unsure what they're names are, but the girl who rings up the orders knows my whole order to a tee! Everytime I show up I'm greeted with a friendly smile and my order ready on standby. I always enjoy stopping in when I'm on my way to work.“
