“I came in during lunch time, which was somewhat busy (expected during peak lunch time) between work to get just two large drinks. Normally, the customer service I experience in this McDonald’s is okay. Nothing crazy bad/good. But, today Deb, I believe was her name (She had glasses.) Cashed me out and she is just absolute sunshine. She was so sweet and smiling the entire time. She seemed so happy to be there and to help me. Just our short/simple interaction made my day. “went to Swensons on Madison road in Cincinnati ohio. We had been meaning to try this since it open. We were a little disappointed in the serving size of the fries, Double cheese burger, and Fried bologna sandwich. Taste wise it was great. Service was fast and friendly. I'd recommend to anyone but I'd definitely recommend to double your order if you want enough to eat.“

“It doesn't look like much from the outside or the inside, but damn is that burger good. Hand made patties that definitely seem like it's more than 8 ounces. And then the topping choices are insane. I love manchego cheese and have never put it on a burger. I will be from here on out. The fried manchego with peppers and the orange/pineapple/whatever sauce was delicious.

“I’ve been here a couple times and absolutely loved it. It’s a good place to get a hearty breakfast and a good cup of coffee. The food is good, the service is outstanding and despite the place being a bit cramped at time it’s cozy. I particularly recommend this one thing I had that I think was called the Flying Pig. It was ham and swiss on french toast, and while that sounds weird it was absolutely delicious. Definitely check this place out if you can.“

“Last time we came here we had a gift card for Oakley kitchen, and the man working at the time (April 16th 2024 actually) did sketches and drawings and was super nice, (also the burgers are phenomenal) he figured out how to use the gift card perfectly fine and even rung us up a second time for another order. We came again today and they suddenly can’t take the gift card, it’s a 100 dollar gift card and there’s only four places even open here with fat Al’s being one of the two places we’re interested in. Really dissapointing as it was used perfectly fine the last time TWICE and we drove half an hour to get here specifically for their burgers. The manager was on the phone and said they were one of the last people to switch to using a card (or something like that??) but again it worked last time we came so that doesn’t make any sense :/ our visit today was on 4/30/24.“

“We came here for dinner one mid-week evening before taking a stroll through Summit Park. You can definitely show up dressed comfortably/casually, but they have pretty decent ambiance, suitable for some weekend fun. We weren't super intrigued by the menu; it was a little less extensive than I'd hope from a place like this, mostly heavier options, and maybe not a ton of things I'd order next time. For me, the mussels far exceeded my expectations. That broth was heavenly, the bread was soft and perfect for soaking up the great flavors, the mussels themselves were very abundant, and had okay freshness. My lady said her burger was mediocre. She tried both the truffle fries and duck fat fries and was disappointed by both. I've never seen her not eat fries before, so that says a lot! Service was good overall. I'd come back for those mussels any day, but not quite as excited to dig deeper into the menu. I wouldn't deter anybody from giving them a try, especially if out enjoying the park on a nice day.“

“I just went through the drive-through off of Ridge in Oakley and ordered a bacon BBQ steak burger. The gentleman who took my order could not have been more sweet and kind. Today I had a really bad day and the gentleman who took my order showed me an act of kindness that really lifted my spirits. Not to mention when I got home the sandwich was hot, and tasted really good! I hardly ever go to Steak And Shake but I am a huge fan now. My most recent visit was on a beautiful Wednesday afternoon, where I enjoyed the patio and the rare treat of a weekday brunch. As someone with a nontraditional schedule, I love that they offer brunch during the week! Though I didn’t see a Bloody Mary on the menu, the bartender went above and beyond to make me one, and it was hands down one of the best I've ever had. I also ordered the brunch fries, which were spot-on. The service was outstanding—friendly, accommodating, and they really made me feel at home. This Loveland location has been bad, but has improved a lot over the last few years. Love the afternoon crew - they've always been in a pretty good mood on the occasions I've been through the drive through. The dining area looks pretty fresh and clean.

Watch out for the construction next to the parking lot. It's messed up traffic and access to parking. One way in and out currently.“
