“I came in during lunch time, which was somewhat busy (expected during peak lunch time) between work to get just two large drinks. Normally, the customer service I experience in this McDonald’s is okay. Nothing crazy bad/good. But, today Deb, I believe was her name (She had glasses.) Cashed me out and she is just absolute sunshine. She was so sweet and smiling the entire time. She seemed so happy to be there and to help me. Just our short/simple interaction made my day. She deserves a raise just simply based on her attitude and excellent customer service skills! Thank you Deb for being a sweetheart!“

“Stopped by at The Turf Club after a coworker recommended I check it out while in town. I had the filet mignon burger and duck fat fries. One of the best burgers I've ever had! “My husband and I had dinner here before attending the Nate Bargatze comedy show on Sunday, October 26th. We were running late due to the Bengals game letting out, and the traffic and crowds in the streets were beyond chaotic. We called Bourbon's and informed them of the situation and they were so kind to hold our table for us. We finally arrived and we were greeted and seated immediately. The service, the food, and the ambiance were all excellent. We would highly recommend this place. It's a great location if you're attending an event at Paycor Stadium, the Reds Stadium, or the Heritage Bank Center. “Last time we came here we had a gift card for Oakley kitchen, and the man working at the time (April 16th 2024 actually) did sketches and drawings and was super nice, (also the burgers are phenomenal) he figured out how to use the gift card perfectly fine and even rung us up a second time for another order. We came again today and they suddenly can’t take the gift card, it’s a 100 dollar gift card and there’s only four places even open here with fat Al’s being one of the two places we’re interested in. Really dissapointing as it was used perfectly fine the last time TWICE and we drove half an hour to get here specifically for their burgers. The manager was on the phone and said they were one of the last people to switch to using a card (or something like that??) but again it worked last time we came so that doesn’t make any sense :/ our visit today was on 4/30/24.“

“Had the Jean Robert and it was pretty good. I would have preferred a little less Bleu and a little more goat cheese. The Bleu was a little too forward on the taste, but still real good. The fried jalapeños were amazing. It's four whole stuffed-with-cheese-and-cream-cheese jalapeños.
The mac and cheese was fantastic with a little added salt and pepper.

“Large American tavern, rarely disappoints. Good burgers, fish and chips and hot sandwiches and salads. Service is good and even when busy don’t feel like it takes long to prepare meals. Good selection of drinks although cocktail selection a bit underwhelming and Guinness not quite as it should be. Everyone loves the cornbread! “Great food and friendly service”

Tried Freddy’s in Fairfield for the first time last weekend and was honestly impressed. I’d heard of Freddy’s before but never actually been, and now I get the hype.

I got the double steakburger combo and my friend tried the patty melt. The steakburger was super flavorful, and I really liked the crispy edges on the patty — kind of like how you’d do it on a flat top at home. Fries were super thin (like, shoestring thin), which I didn’t expect, but they were fresh and really good with their fry sauce.

Big shoutout to Kamya at the front counter — she was super friendly and patient while we looked over the menu (first-timer here!). She made a great recommendation for the custard too — I went with the vanilla and caramel and it was so good.

Service was quick, the place was clean, and the staff seemed genuinely upbeat. It’s still fast food, sure, but it felt like a step up. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in the area“

The menu wasn’t particularly large, but it had some really interesting choices. I’m not a big hot dog person, but there was a broad selection of very unique hot dogs.
