“I came in during lunch time, which was somewhat busy (expected during peak lunch time) between work to get just two large drinks. Normally, the customer service I experience in this McDonald’s is okay. Nothing crazy bad/good. But, today Deb, I believe was her name (She had glasses.) Cashed me out and she is just absolute sunshine. She was so sweet and smiling the entire time. She seemed so happy to be there and to help me. Just our short/simple interaction made my day. She deserves a raise just simply based on her attitude and excellent customer service skills! Thank you Deb for being a sweetheart!“

“went to Swensons on Madison road in Cincinnati ohio. We had been meaning to try this since it open. We were a little disappointed in the serving size of the fries, Double cheese burger, and Fried bologna sandwich. Taste wise it was great. Service was fast and friendly. I'd recommend to anyone but I'd definitely recommend to double your order if you want enough to eat.“

“It doesn't look like much from the outside or the inside, but damn is that burger good. Hand made patties that definitely seem like it's more than 8 ounces. And then the topping choices are insane. I love manchego cheese and have never put it on a burger. I will be from here on out. The fried manchego with peppers and the orange/pineapple/whatever sauce was delicious.

“My family and I was there today to celebrate my mothers birthday, we ABSOLUTELY loved the food them ribs are to die for, however the memorable part was our server Tonya, I think I’m saying her name right, she was AMAZING I mean she engaged with my mom and son like if she was apart of the Family and THAT took us right away, the only downside was by the time we had received our drinks she was no longer our server which REALLY upset my mother, However the new server was nice she just wasn’t her,,, we LOVE the spot and enjoyed the whole atmosphere and my mother and Family DEFINITELY will be back we just hope that we run into that server Tonya again!!! “Last time we came here we had a gift card for Oakley kitchen, and the man working at the time (April 16th 2024 actually) did sketches and drawings and was super nice, (also the burgers are phenomenal) he figured out how to use the gift card perfectly fine and even rung us up a second time for another order. We came again today and they suddenly can’t take the gift card, it’s a 100 dollar gift card and there’s only four places even open here with fat Al’s being one of the two places we’re interested in. Really dissapointing as it was used perfectly fine the last time TWICE and we drove half an hour to get here specifically for their burgers. The manager was on the phone and said they were one of the last people to switch to using a card (or something like that??) but again it worked last time we came so that doesn’t make any sense :/ our visit today was on 4/30/24.“

“I’ve been here a couple times and absolutely loved it. It’s a good place to get a hearty breakfast and a good cup of coffee. The food is good, the service is outstanding and despite the place being a bit cramped at time it’s cozy. I particularly recommend this one thing I had that I think was called the Flying Pig. It was ham and swiss on french toast, and while that sounds weird it was absolutely delicious. Definitely check this place out if you can.“

“This is an alright Five guys with good food and good service. I normally don’t do national chains much when I’m in Cincinnati, but when it’s the only option I usually go for this Five Guys. It’s definitely worth going to if you like Five Guys.

“We came here for dinner one mid-week evening before taking a stroll through Summit Park. You can definitely show up dressed comfortably/casually, but they have pretty decent ambiance, suitable for some weekend fun. We weren't super intrigued by the menu; it was a little less extensive than I'd hope from a place like this, mostly heavier options, and maybe not a ton of things I'd order next time. For me, the mussels far exceeded my expectations. That broth was heavenly, the bread was soft and perfect for soaking up the great flavors, the mussels themselves were very abundant, and had okay freshness. My lady said her burger was mediocre. She tried both the truffle fries and duck fat fries and was disappointed by both. I've never seen her not eat fries before, so that says a lot! Service was good overall. I'd come back for those mussels any day, but not quite as excited to dig deeper into the menu. I wouldn't deter anybody from giving them a try, especially if out enjoying the park on a nice day.“

“Food was great. Service was quick and friendly. I wish Cincinnati had more Greek restaurants. I live in Fairfield and we just don’t have any authentic Greek food. I’m very excited my new office is only 4 minutes down the road. I plan on not packing my lunch as much and taking some time away from work. The staff all seemed very friendly and the servers were very kind to children while I was there. I want to bring my family here but the hours won’t allow it because of work and school.“

“I've been a fan of Steak n Shake for a long time. I don't have any close to my home, so when I have an opportunity to visit one, it's always a treat.
I haven't been in a Steak n Shake in several years, and I was rather disappointed in the fact that they no longer offer table service, you place your order at a kiosk. There was very little ice available in the soda fountain, and it was really warm in there (it's late July, so it's hot outside!).
The food arrived quickly, and it was as delicious as I remembered. I understand and appreciate the fact that the staff is doing the best they can, so I can't say they were not doing their jobs. I just miss the way it used to be.“
