“My husband and I go to Jersey Mike’s pretty regularly, and he had the best famous Philly with onions he’s had in his life from the young woman who was working the grill earlier today when we came in. “I have been to this location several times and I am not sure if it was because of Zach or the multigrain bread, all I know for sure is it was the best Penn Station I have had in years. It was so good that I want more already and I just left.

“Surida* I know I botched the spelling. But this employee is amazing..she is focused on her work making sure the customer is getting exactly what they want! But also able to enter into conversation with customer giving them a warm welcome very polite fantastic customer service! The young lady working with her , was asking for assurance or guidance on making things correct and surida handled it with grace and leadership all while continuing my order ! She deserves a raise! I will definitely be coming to this location from now on!“
