“Not the fastest fast food experience this visit. I'm only about a mile away and it took 30 minutes from leaving the house to returning for a drive thru visit with our food.
Now, it was 6 pm, so prime dinner time but still, that was a lengthy time.

On the plus side, the order was accurate, the food was fresh, and everything was tasty.

I got a double Baconator combo and my wife got a Dave's classic combo. It was about $25 for the two of us.“

“Having moved from Florida's Gulf Coast last year, I had yet to find any food in Ohio I liked as well as Sarasota. Last night at Heck's, my hope was restored! The caliber of textures and tastes was fantastic! Delicious and clearly well thought out menu options for anyone's palate. I had the Moroccan kabobs and truffle pierogis (which are NOT your average pierogi!) and our table split several other appetizers. Great ambiance too. You'll love it.“

“I ordered a beef polish boy, shrimp n chicken rice bowl and beef sliders n fries. The food is sooo fresh and seasoned to perfection. The chef Tee Dee and owner Mr. Ernie was are so kind and make sure you have all you need. The atmosphere has positive affirmations around the wall and the menu is sick. Great experience! “Food was outstanding. Beef ribs literally fell off the bone flavorful, and juicy. Greens were absolutely great, mac nd cheese and candied yams were just how they are expected to be, delicious. As a truck driver when I run across great food it's appreciated. After a great meal their house Kool aid was like childhood. I loved it. Thanks for the great eats and service.“

After looking at the top breakfast joints in the city I landed on this one! I was gonna ask two ladies entering the building before me if the food was good but I didn’t. I didn’t need to! The moment I hit the door I could smell the good cooking!

It’s kind of a hole in the wall with what looks like a store front, on a mini strip plaza. My server, Emily, gave me the run down on the menu and I chose her recommendation and it was as she described - in short, DELICIOUS!

The food came out QUICK and cooked very good.

Will definitely try this place again when I come back to Cleveland“

“We reviewed Hello Bistro in Beachwood OH, well JRK did because Joe was too busy "working"...... Tried the Tex Mex burger – looked great, but it was tiny and bland. I was expecting flavor fireworks, but it was more like a flavor fizzle. The avocado was the highlight though! The fries were fresh and tasty, and the house-made ranch? Chef’s kiss. “We don't recommend Lino's because their customer service isn't there. When customers come in and sit down they should be acknowledged. My husband and I read about Lino's being on the PD's list of one of the places that had the best wings. Well, we just left there about 8:30 after walking in, the lady bartender working tonight and I made eye contact, we sat down and she didn't come to see if we wanted to order. We sat for a few more minutes thinking she'd come over or perhaps another person was in the kitchen that would come take our order but that didn't happen so we left. Customer service isn't there at all. We headed over to Craggy"s Boglands Pub and the lady bartender greeted us right away and was very welcoming.“

“Food was amazing. The only thing is that our server, who yes was busy but I'm also in the service industry and we got our apps before our drinks. Drinks were the first thing we told our server Conor who we stilled tipped. But we're eating salad and I have nothing to wash it down with. Other than our server, the person who brought our food was amazing, the scenery was excellent and i would recommend. Other people were seated after us and received their drinks before us as well. I understand but as a server you also need to check on your tables just to make sure they didn't need anything else. We wanted to order more but we couldn't handle Conor's service he only came to us once and that was to bring the check. What if we wanted more food or drinks. This was my first time here, I just expected more especially if I'm spending over $300 for 2 people“

I stopped into the Five Guys during a very busy rush, and I was genuinely impressed. Dominic was an absolute rockstar he handled the crowd with speed, friendliness and professionalism. I didn't wait long at all for service or my food, which came out hot, fresh and perfectly prepared just the way I ordered it. Five Guys quality at its best.

Dominic and the whole team really made the visit enjoyable even on a hectic day. If you're in the area, this location is worth it great food and even better service. Highly recommend!

“I ordered a little bacon cheeseburger, regular fries and a large fountain drink. The burger was delicious, perfectly cooked with a good amount of crispy bacon and melty cheese. Bun was not soggy even after waiting 10 minutes before I had a chance to eat it. Fries were undercooked but still good, not super fresh but they still hit the spot. Restaurant was clean and staff was super friendly. I would for sure eat here again. The only cons I can see would be the price. My total was $19.53… 6 bucks for underdone, greasy, lukewarm fries would make me reconsider and the gentleman who took and handed me my order had really long fingernails which was off putting.“

“What can I say. I've always liked there Roman burger and fries. I always say no cheese on anything and they would repeat what I say but I some how I end up with cheese on my sandwich. I am lactose intolerant which makes it hard on my stomach.“

“Unlike “Mac’s”, or the “King”s”, they serve Very Hot, Large Crinkle Cuts, Hot ‘n Fresh Burgers, and their Shake Machine(s) work. Even the courtesy of asking how “was the food/meal”, as well as offering to take your tray/trash. Some may say … “So?”. ………. WelI …….Appreciated It! And here is something that you may not see in the aforementioned places: Areas wiped with Clean Water & Towels. To Include the Trash Receptacles (saw a guy almost washing one). I was Impressed at the Cleanliness at which the Restaurant maintained. 👍🏾“
