I can’t wait to order from here again. The person taking my order was super friendly. Pizza came out amazing. Ordered the New York style with all veggies and a side of garlic dipping sauce. “I have been there a few times and it never disappoints. The homemade lasagna is to die for . The spaghetti was the proper proportion and just wonderful in taste and texture. I have been there for a couple breakfast and everything was really good. I do also want to add about the atmosphere, and the people that work there they are funny attentive to our needs and pleasant to everybody. This is a must go to restaurant.“

“I do not like the call center. Now, to the important part, I hadn't ordered pizza from here for a very long time due to the poor experiences in the past. During a ladies' poker game, we decided to give it a chance, and we were pleasantly surprised! The manager is a very nice woman to speak with. She made good on a mistake that the call center had made. Keep up the good service Orrville Team!!“

“Huge shout out to Sam’s, Smithville hosted our wrestling tournament this weekend and all of our concession food was from them! We’re talking over a 100 pepperoni breads and nearly 50 pizzas, plus hot dogs and chicken noodles. They worked with us as we added and subtracted from our original order to accommodate our event. I was new to this event and appreciate you all being so flexible.“

One thing to keep in mind is that I’ve had some issues trying to place orders when they’re open, as there have been times when nobody answered the phone. While I understand that they might be busy restocking, it can be a bit frustrating.

Overall, I highly recommend trying the deep-dish pizza from East of Chicago. It stands out as one of the best in the area, and despite the minor setbacks, it’s definitely a pizza experience worth indulging in!“
