The awning out front needs scrubbed and the city on your receipts says Ironton instead of Lancaster. The drive thru is a little tight if you drive a bigger truck.“

“These are the best subs in town! Hook & Ladder is so good! My kids and I love it here. The staff is ALWAYS friendly, and they always greet us when we come in. They never forget to give my son the hat and coloring sheet and Rice Krispie treat with his meal. Love how consistent they are with the subs. Tastes the same every time, no matter who is working and I go almost once a week.“

“I wanted to notice a male employee with a beard and a smile, it was a Sunday night at 8pm. I told him I’ve noticed him a few times giving some friendly details about the menu and sandwiches. I noticed him doing it for myself and others and told him I appreciate that little extra he gives.

Service at all subways I’ve been to has been fairly good quality of food and service but I wanted to take a minute to thank the gentleman that’s doing that little bit extra. Hopefully this pat on the back finds him well, thank you sir!“

She was the only employee and she waited on easily 10 people in 20 minutes! A smile on her face the whole time! Her performance on her 2nd week really stood out to me and I felt that she genuinely deserves some sort of recognition for maintaining a positive disposition while under stress. Top Tier experience.“
