“I don’t often take time to leave reviews, but this staff was clearly working their hardest to build the business’s reputation. Their 5 stars were definitely earned.
Just as we walked in, we were greeted by the staff. They asked if we had been there before (our first time), so they offered us both samples of their gyro meat cubes and chicken shawarma. They were very eager to be of service and quite proficient in every detail of their menu offerings.

My wife and I both ended up getting hummus bowls- hers with chicken and mine with gyro meat. We remarked how much food we were given and ended up taking half home apiece.

The flavors were all delicious, and consistent with the food we’ve had while traveling abroad throughout the Mediterranean.

“First time at Dave’s Hot Chicken and it didn’t disappoint. The food was good, atmosphere was clean and fun. Our service is what truly sold me though. Autumn R was our server and she was fabulous. She was very patient with my family while ordering and had so many great recommendations. I would come again!“

My better half had their Battered fish and chips... looked good and we'll presented. She didn't offer me a mouthful to try... so that speaks volumes. I opted for the Chicken Marsala... very well cooked... tender and we'll plated... sauce was tasty and plenty of it. “Have been going here for along time. First time ordering pizza though. I ordered extra sauce which I did not get and only ate a few slices. I asked to get extra sauce to take home and the waitress said it would cost $2.00 more. But she wasn’t sure. We had to ask again about the sauce after we paid the bill. She said they would not give us extra sauce!! Hmmm!! Really? So for all you that like extra sauce on your pizza… they don’t do that! Also, the waitress never took any of our dirty dishes away.“

“We had a birthday party here with about 30 people. Kim was so helpful and kind with the planning process. On the actually night, all our guests had delicious meals with fast service. Our waitresses were efficient and friendly the whole time. All the food is amazing. I've never had a bad meal here. This has become one of my favorite places to eat downtown. “A great American Diner experience. The setting is comfortable and service attentive as well as friendly. Solid breakfasts, sandwiches, salads, and dinner choices. I had the meatloaf, good portions, and paid an extra buck for the French Onion Soup topped with toasty cheese. A steak house couldn't do much better. Check the hours when you plan to go, they're variable depending on the day.“
