Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

There was one person in line when we arrived, it took a little long to get our order. Not sure if it was a new employee or not .I placed an order for a kid's meal and a couple of sides and the food was hot and tasty. So I went back up to order a couple of combos, and it was pretty expensive. The combo meals were $10 each for burgers and they proceeded to add. Unfortunately we arrived right as inside closed. Employees were emptying trash and leaving while others tended to drive-thru. No problem, i thouht. A vehicle full of hungry teens so i figured we'd grab some drive-thru and be on our way. 30 minutes. It took almost 30 minutes to order and get fast food. Interesting enough, i had a DQ employee in my car and he was.stumped at what was takong so long when we counted at least 7 employees workimg inside once we got up to the food window....read full review

The employees were all super nice and friendly. Very kind, and the food was good. Great Dairy Queen for all of those reasons. The manager was an older lady who was REALLY rude to all of her employees. It ruined our atmosphere because she was screaming at them for random things the entire time. She really needs to be talked to. And Dairy Queen shouldn’t be hiring someone who is that rude to her employees… it’s practically workplace abuse.
