Everything was A plus. And I was out the door in 3 minutes
I waited a about 20 minutes for 2 subs and I was first in line. Apparently online orders are more important than those in store. While starting my order they put online orders ahead of mine and couldn't keep them straight so mine was missing items. while the sub was play the experience was awful .
Maybe acknowledging a customer when they're standing at the counter for several minutes ready to order might help, seeing as I was the only customer in there at the time. Guess the dude couldn't be bothered as he was brushing up crumbs from the cutting board. not even a glace my way as I purposely even moved down to in front of the "order here" sign and stood there for several minutes.
