We finally got around to visiting this time when we were in Ohio, and the look on his face when he tried the ice cream again was pure happiness. I can also confirm that there is nothing like it I have ever tasted. Delicious ice cream, friendly staff, good parking, plenty of seating.... What more could you want?“

“Great ice cream. While it can get crowded, line moved quickly. If you're there to just get a pint, can go to freezer to grab it and check out.

There's a small counter for children to color which is a nice touch. Kids love the train overhead as well“

“I heard rumors about sanitary issues at this location. I honestly brushed it off because I've always found the location to be clean. Unbelievably, this weekend I went in for a cake and as I was leaving I saw an employee kneeling on the floor putting away containers. No big deal but she had the plastic lids to the Sundae cups directly on the floor, and to make it worse, the part that would touch your Sundae was touching the floor. Several employees were around and witnessed this. That was a little disturbing. I'll stick to seven hills.“

“Still the best Dairy Queen in the country. I come back to the city I grew up in to see that we still have the best Dairy Queen in the country. I know it's Dairy queen but it really feels like a local mom n pop store they way the staff knows everyone that walks in. And they also employ all the local high school kids still. I loved to see they are still doing the same thing. Oh and the manager Heather is by far the nicest person ever!!! She was so polite and was able to help me find exactly what I wanted even though I couldn't remember the name for the life of me. But she sat there helping me the whole time. So nice!! So helpful!! So awesome!!! You can also tell the staff working under her really respect n love her. I don't normally post reviews and only will do it when it is absolutely deserved. When a worker goes way above and beyond to help. Cause nowadays customers service has gone out the window. That's why when someone is as Good as Heather is I want to make sure she atleast gets some acknowledgment for it. She made sure this still stays my favorite location and the only one I'll come to.“

Got one with vanilla, raspberry filling, strawberry buttercream, sprinkles, cheesecake bits, and strawberry drizzle!!
