“Stopped in while in Cle with the family. Everyone loved it. I personally thought the Duo was a great idea for all the people who can never decide on what they want. I had peanut butter something yogurt and it was great. Less sugary than normal. Everyone was happy and prices were actually fair.“

“I want to give 5 stars, but this was my first time there, and I know from experience that a lot of places are hit and miss with their services, but I was treated really good, and the guy who took my order answered all of my questions without an attitude. “My partner and I stopped into Lake Erie Scoops and left absolutely blown away. We tried the birthday cake ice cream which was so fun and delicious, but the real star of the show was the Oreo cream pie. This was not just pie. This was a life-changing, time-stopping, everything-else-fades-away kind of pie. I am not exaggerating when I say it is the best pie I have ever eaten in my life. One bite felt like it should be written about in history books. It was that extraordinary.
We also loved how easy their to go setup was. More ice cream shops should take notes because it made the whole experience even sweeter. The owner was an absolute sweetheart who made us feel so welcome.
We are already talking about when we can come back because trust me, we will. Lake Erie Scoops is a true treasure“

“I wish I could say I recommend this place because it was a tradition to go here at Easter time and grab chocolate crosses and bunnies. After leaving the store this weekend with such a small amount of different chocolates for 33.00 dollars I was so disappointed. I shared the photo and price with a couple friends and even they were shocked. It's really sad how extremely high a small amount is. I just wish the customer was kept in mind a little more when these prices get so hicked up. There was a second pretzel candy bar of no charge (BOGO) not pictured.“

“it was a beautiful day, line moved fast , service was very friendly, 2 banana splits, they are 👍 ,hot fudge sundae, amazing, and the best for last, the brownie fudge sundae, very good, but rich!! but a treat once a year so great, their milkshakes are awesome and amazing, no matter what kind you get.. and their ice cream is great and well worth the trip!! btw, we went on Father's day, my dad loved it!! enjoy your visit at honey hut when y go..!!! we did, thank you so much honey hut .“

“i thoroughly enjoyed my visit here at this dairy queen! my close friend and i, ted, were stopping in from up north and we happened to find ourselves looking for some type of sweet treat. my friend ted was anxious from being away from home and his girlfriend, so we got him an ice cream and he felt amazing. the staff was super sweet to him too, classic though of a dairy queen to be amazing and so very kind to customers. my dearest friend ted says thank you cleveland ohio!“

“I always love going to Honey Hut when I visit family in Cleveland. I had a twister with cookie dough and brownie bites. I loved it! I’ve had the root beer float and peanut butter ice cream before. There always is a line so make sure to go early if you don’t want to wait. It is worth the wait. I found out they also sell Honey Hut at the Cleveland Zoo. It doesn’t have as many options but it’s still good.“

“Huge store! If you can think it, they have it! Something for EVERYONE! We had so much fun going up and down all the aisles and checking out all the new candy and old candy from our childhood! Great store! We came home with quite a selection! Staff is super friendly and helpful!“

“i didn’t grow up on this side so i never heard of this place until i goggled ice cream near me. i didn’t get any ice cream but i did get a slushee. it was like the beaded type of slush but wasn’t bad. their superman is pink, it reminds me of cotton candy but my coworker said it was good. snack wise they have cheese and chips and pretzels and popcorn. i wish they sold hot dogs as well but surprisingly they had like a coffee flavored ice cream so that made me happy. i might well come back because i do want to try their ice cream.“

“Just ordered today threw my phone try to order at the kiosk but they don't really got all the cookies listed on their kiosk but when I ordered through my phone, they had all the cookies on there that they have on my phone app. I ordered the smores but was told they didn't have anymore the employee asked me if I wanted to replace it with something else.I said yea a brownie should be fine i waited 20 mins and then I asked, if my order what's almost done I was told by the employee that someone else took my order but, she did prepare a new order for me and gave it to me. She was very nice. An advise I got to say to management of this location and all of their locations that they should start checking customers phones. To verify that that's their order because nowadays nobody cares, they will just walk in and say, yea, that's them but in reality, it's not but, other than that, everything was good.“

“I heard rumors about sanitary issues at this location. I honestly brushed it off because I've always found the location to be clean. Unbelievably, this weekend I went in for a cake and as I was leaving I saw an employee kneeling on the floor putting away containers. No big deal but she had the plastic lids to the Sundae cups directly on the floor, and to make it worse, the part that would touch your Sundae was touching the floor. Several employees were around and witnessed this. That was a little disturbing. I'll stick to seven hills.“
