“Visited on Sunday eve 12/12. The staff was friendly but it went downhill. Waited an hour for our food. Son in law order steak medium rare. It came looking like “shoeleather” Pot roast was a bit fatty. Other meals were good and hot and steak replaced. Cake for dessert was “stale” I feel they were so busy with carry out that the dining room was ignored“

The croissant hadn't been cut all the way through, and it took a lot of sawing with my little plastic knife to complete the cut.“

“My Grandson and I were at your location recently and encountered a wonderful server whose name is Cassie B. This wonderful young woman is what every dedicated employee should typify... she actually offered to assist me in opening my butter containers. She even said that she didn't even mind the customers that didn't tip her on occasion. The food was great as usual even though I wasn't that hungry this visit, but on the whole the experience renewed my faith - not just in Cracker Barrel, but in the young people that are destined to be the leaders of our soon to be great again country :0) My compliments to MS. “I’m specifically talking about the Mason location. This little gem sits in front of Whole Foods just begging to break your clean eating habits. I went with the sandwich but subbed out the boneless thigh for the tenders dipped in Jo’s fav. I asked what the best sauce would be and she said that one and she stands on that decision. She was NOT wrong, those tenders were delicious and the sauce was just the right amount of heat and flavor. The mac and cheese was good, and the sweet tea was great also. Definitely worth the visit.“

“We hadn't been to ocharleys in years and went to Springdale. We met our bartender allison quickly after we sat. She was rhe best ! We would request her any day of rhe week! Drinks were delicious, food was great, and service was even better. See you again soon ocharleys!!!! Thank you allison !“

“We stayed overnight in your RV parking, which was easy to get into and out of. When we arrived we were tired from 9 hours of travel and we decided to have dinner. Our waitress was kind, friendly, knowledgeable of the menu, and checked with us from time to time to make sure everything was still okay. That alone made for a good dinning experience, but then the food was so good. My wife had the campfire beef and I had the campfire chicken. They were so flavorful and the meat and vegetables were cooked just right. The meat was tender and juicy and the vegetables were firm but not crunchy. What an amazing dinner we had, thank you. But hey, we the decided to have breakfast this morning and our waitress was kind, friendly, knowledgeable of the menu, checked back with from time to time to make sure everything was okay, and this was not the same waitress from the night before. Then the food was knock it out of the park good again. I want you to know that I think you have a great staff. Keep up the good work! We will definitely make sure to stop at your location the next time we are in the area. If you are looking for a Cracker Barrel to visit, you won't be disappointed with this one.“
