“I go to the speedway periodically in this area and I always thought I'd never go in here because it look like a shack and wasn't my style. Much to my surprise, this was a really nice place. I went here with a group recently, and we sat out on the patio for awhile until it became a bit chilly and the smoke smell got to us from the other people there. We ordered and ate the food inside, which was delicious! I had a cheeseburger and fries, and got the Malibu cocktail drink in a can, which was also prettayyy, prettayyy, pretty good. There was only one worker that night, but she managed to do a great job with everything. I'll have to come back again sometime.“

“Easily one of the best cocktail bars in Ohio. I highly recommend this even over cocktail bars in Cleveland and Columbus. The price and the tastes of the drinks are absolutely incredible. This cocktail bar will always be a reason to go to Lorain.“

“My family and I were there for the soler eclipse, weekend. We walked in sat down at the bar, everyone was extremely friendly, kind, nice, polite, warm and welcoming. We had just come from another bar around the corner called SPEAK OF THE DEVIL they were rude unwelcoming talked about us eclipse people like really what are they doing here. Never went back there again. Back to Brass & Bronze we had the tacos the 1st night amazing. We went back the second night the kitchen had just closed so we had a drink then one of the owners came over and said I know how to make pizza I can make you pizza. So that is what we had for our 2nd night s dinner. We went back the next day for the eclipse for lunch about 1 again amazing. We meet the President of the city Council Joel Arredondo and his wife they sat outside with us and watched the eclipse. Again very welcoming, they had their daughter’s wedding at this restaurant. I recommend this place extremely high. We had the best weekend in a long time“

“Amazing southern food on the late night menu! The greens are just like I'm used to in South Carolina! The Owner is not only beautiful but nice as well! She made sure we had everything we needed while we were there for the comedy show! Definitely recommend!“

“Nothing like Close Quarters. I lived in Westlake for 2 years in 97-99. This was my favorite watering hole. The atmosphere was unlike any other place that I have been. I traveled throughout the Great Lakes. You feel like you are home with friends the first time you walk through the doors.“

“Had such a fabulous dinner for 9 people (including 1 toddler) and everyone loved their meals. Our server Gwen was WONDERFUL-- friendly, fun, efficient, and helpful. We ordered a variety of choices-- Chicken entree, Lobster cakes, Mussels, Ahi Tuna-- everything was delicious! Deserts (Creme Brûlée, flourless choc cake, etc) also delish. My gyro-connoisseur husband liked, but did not love the gyro. The pita bread looked amazing, and I was told it was. I had the kitchen salad with grilled chicken, which was juicy and flavorful. Taki's is very popular and busy, and the staff is great, especially the bartenders. Give it a try!!!“

“Nice little local bar on the edge of n. Ridgeville. Affordable food and drink. Amazing how many options that are available to eat and drink here. They are keeping it simple which I really like. “I hate leaving outstanding reviews anymore, only because the place starts getting overwhelmed, the staff gets burnt out, and conditions seem to get worse. This place very much deserves the risk of that outstanding and 5-star review. Kudos to those that run it. I would only hope that expansion is in the future to ease what's to follow from its success. “Great hole in the wall bar where there are usuals rather than random patrons. If you're looking for a place to become a regular at then this is the place. They have one pool table and darts. Food is coming soon as the city approves. They didn't have my liquor of choice but they did have three kinds or Crown so I settled but the more I go and become a regular then they said they would definitely stick my drink. Friendly crowd, very welcoming and open to conversation. Simply put, I had a great time with my brother and felt right at home.“

These two ladies (Karen and Missy) bring their food truck to Fuzzy's parking lot on a regular basis. “I couldn't check in last night, which was okay in my book. Then, I realized I couldn't keep this place a secret any more. I have been here more times than I can count. I've seen it empty with just a few people at the bar and jam packed, standing room only. Either way, I'll always like it and always go back! Mangine's isn't fancy, but it's homey and I feel comfortable going there for a beer. About the fanciest they get with beer is Angry Orchard, which I don't drink; but if you want to go somewhere to enjoy conversation and a couple of beers; this is your place. It has a lot of history and you can feel it once you're inside because of the black and white photos you'll see behind behind the bar. There's a pool table and a great juke box. Patrons and bartenders are friendly yet keep to themselves and if there is more than three people there, the 4th person knows someone else. I like that!
