“We usually don't have any trouble with this Arby's and the food is always soooo good, but today we had trouble with the order taker/window girl. She was in a hurry and got mad at us when we kept having to re-ask for things, she wasn't hearing us and we weren't understanding her. We feel bad, and I know the job is fast paced, but communication is important.
Oh, and my mom just said her Philly cheesesteak had gristle and bone in it, idk if it's supposed to? And one of the drinks was wrong... 🤷‍♀️😕

“When in Elyria I prefer this Taco Bell location. The staff is way better then Cleveland Street and Downtown. I've only done online order and pick up. Food has always been right and done on time.
The other location I recommend is Chestnut Commons.“

“We took our lunch here today while enroute home. It's a clean facility, bright and fresh. Associates are professional and very efficient. They were fast in taking and getting the orders. Cleaning up crew was fast and clean too. We enjoyed our lunch.“

“Haven't been there in a long time my wife and I were out and about scrapping and decided to stop in grab something quick to eat all I can say is the original recipe doesn't look like the same as it used to now I love crunchy and the floors weren't that clean they were pretty slippery for a food restaurant they need to take care of better of that place especially the floors and in this season with snow somebody could fall“
