“I’m really happy that Shelby finally has a Dunkin’. I enjoy their breakfast sandwiches, and their blueberry muffins are absolutely delicious they’re one of my favorite menu items.

The one area I believe could use some improvement is customer service and order accuracy. Taking a little extra time to ensure each order is complete and correct before handing it out could help improve the overall experience. I also think this would help reduce the long drive-thru lines and wait times that often occur when orders need to be corrected.

There have been several occasions where I’ve placed a mobile order and still had to wait 10–15 minutes in the drive-thru, even with only three cars ahead of me. I understand that everyone gets busy, especially during peak hours, but improving efficiency and communication would go a long way.

Overall, I’m glad Dunkin’ is part of our community, and I hope these areas continue to improve.“
