“Huge shout out to Sam’s, Smithville hosted our wrestling tournament this weekend and all of our concession food was from them! We’re talking over a 100 pepperoni breads and nearly 50 pizzas, plus hot dogs and chicken noodles. They worked with us as we added and subtracted from our original order to accommodate our event. I was new to this event and appreciate you all being so flexible.“

“No hard copy menus, and pick up only. Floors needed cleaned.
I felt bad for the one employee as she was the only employee for the 40 minutes I was there. It took her 4-5 minutes to even tell me know hard menus, as she was taking 4 items out of the oven ,cutting and boxing them. She was nice and professional. Another guest arrived for picknup,it wasn't ready yet so we sat in the 4x10 lobby waiting. Then a doordash driver came in and employee got her order together,helped her put it in warming bag and take picture. Food was pizza hut consistent,great!“

“i like their loaded crust over stuffed crust at pizza hut. but my last order is making me leery about ordering again. i ordered extra pepperoni and extra cheese. it was pouring rain when i picked it up and didn't check it, i should of, when i got home, was very disappointed. we were hungry, so instead of going back thru the rain we just ate it.“

“I recently tried Romeo's Pizza in Wooster for the first time. I tried a medium size thin crust pizza with their standard sweet pizza sauce, standard Wisconsin style cheese blend, thin old world style pepperoni, spinach, pineapple, and melted mozzarella over the top. Cut in squares. It was pretty delicious. I also tried their cheese sticks with their sweet pizza sauce and their jojos with a packet of ranch. Both were delicious. Their sweet pizza sauce is excellent. I ordered online and it was delivered and dropped off at door. So, I never spoke to a worker, but it arrived delicious and quickly. The only criticism would be the pizza, cheese breadsticks, and jojos needed to have a "tamper proof" sticker sealing the boxes. I realize 15 years ago most of us would have never even really thought of it, but with many places adding them now, it does prove to be logical.“

“I have been going to this papa John's since I was a child. Its always been good food but the young lady Lasheika that works there is amazing. She keeps that place running smoothly and her customer service is out of this world. Always polite and respectful. There is no way that if I owned a business and had Lasheika working for me she wouldnt be the person in charge. With leadership skills the way she has not much else to worry about or say. Cuz she is gonna get the job done and done right. Why isnt this women the GM already. Ur slipping Papa John's!“

“We were disappointed there was not a buffet, but were able have everyone get the salad bar and enjoy the pizza for an affordable cost. The staff worked to make us comfortable and were great with the 4 kids!
