I don’t know her full name but I love going and seeing her there in the drive thru. She gave me this to help with her feedback and she deserves a lot more than good feedback .“

“Literally the best service and kind of staff of any Starbucks in Columbus, and the bar is really high. That's not to say others aren't, but they are the best here. The whole crew always brightens my morning, and I leave feel feeling better than I did walking in. I especially want to shout out Alex (hi Diva, You are amazing), he somehow always gets a big smile on my face when I see him. Also, Zoe- I swear I ordered this drink one time in person and she has remembered it perfectly since, It's not the most difficult drink, but it's definitely not anything standard either.
