“We used Dickey's Springboro for catering at our golf outing and it was a huge hit. The customer service was top notch, you will feel at ease with a call the day of. Rick had great tips for our staff that would be serving the meal and was very detailed in explanation of stuff. It helped us have a successful event. IF you choose them for your event you don't have to worry about anything for the food, Rick and his team have you covered!“

“I was going to give them one star.Because the driver set my food down on the wet ground in the rain directly outside my door so I couldn't even open my door. i'm in a wheelchair and could not get my food outside of my door. I had to call someone to get it for me. I was obviously pretty upset and called the store. I was able to speak to the gm, Ryan to express my concerns about the delivery and how the driver just left my food. I was going to tip the driver cash but he didn't get a tip because of how he left the food on the ground and just left quickly. I paid with a credit card and I don't know if he thought he was not going to get a tip because of it , but he really screwed himself out of a cash tip. After speaking to ryan , I did not ask for a credit or for anything at all. However, he offered me a credit on my account for my next order.Which I appreciate greatly. While the delivery was not very good , I am very satisfied with the way ryan handled the situation. I never have a complaint about the quality of food from the location. The way Ryan handled my call and complaint gives them four stars instead of the one star that I was going to leave. I appreciate you Ryan.“

“Forgot part of the order in the drive through. I called to have the missing items refunded. I was told that was not possible. Both employees I spoke to were rude. I placed a complaint, and received a call back the next day. I was told I would have to drive to the location if I wanted a refund. they could not refund the card. There are plenty of choices for food, this will not be on the list again. Iwill not be back. They could care less about the customer.“

“Our server Rachael was wonderful, took care of our rowdy table with no difficulty even when my company were acting like complete buffoons. Food was alright, and the game was on very loudly right next to our head, but 5 stars overall because of how great our service was!“
