“Went by there yesterday in between work appointments, I decided to get a double shot of espresso and sit down with it. It was marvelous! Wonderful, beautiful flavor of the plain espresso. Then I got an iced caramel late. Incredible! Will be back next time I’m in the area“

“I will always go to the Kroger Starbucks over the stand alone. The drinks are always amazing and the staff is so friendly!!! Today I ordered a Venti Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso with Pumpkin Cream Cold Foam, legit the best I have ever had. The pumpkin cold foam can sometimes taste like a candle, not today!! I did a mobile order before arriving, grabbed the small groceries I need and by time I checked out and walked over, my drink was ready. 10/10 would recommend!“

“We went through the drive thru. The store was busy inside and at the drive thru. They took our order at the kiosk and the order take was very pleasant and helpful. They were clear on the speaker and read back the order correctly.
When we pulled up to the window, they associate was very genial and said the order was being prepared. They took our payment and in about three more minutes we received our order hot and fresh. We would go back to this location without hesitation. 11 stars!“

“Went thru a different location and didn't realize that what I ordered was old and gross until I was a bit too far to turn back around. I stopped by the springboro location as it was on my way to my destination. I told the manager what had happened and said I would just chuck it up to a loss if she couldn't help because it wasn't her fault the drinks were bad at another location. She said we will definitely make you new drinks! She also had my daughter and I taste everything before we drove off.
