“Best diner food in Akron! Service is fast and the servers are wonderful. Always packed and the food is why. Short wait times because they are so quick. Can't beat the steak and eggs special on Saturdays. 💜“

“We had an amazing meal at Fresh Start Diner. The corned beef hash was absolutely outstanding, perfectly seasoned, crispy on the edges, and packed with flavor. You can tell it is made fresh, not the canned stuff you get at other places. Every bite was comforting and delicious.
And the pancakes… wow. They were not just big, they were ginormous! Fluffy, golden, and melt in your mouth perfection. Easily some of the best pancakes we have had anywhere. Pairing them with the corned beef hash made for a truly unforgettable breakfast.
The service was friendly, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the food hit the spot in every way. If you are looking for a breakfast that leaves you full, happy, and eager to come back, Fresh Start Diner is the place to go!

“I took my husband for the first time in his life this week. We spent around 60 dollars total for the two of us and our 3 year old

(2 fried mushrooms, 2 sweet potato fried, 2 cheese burgers, and a galley boy along with a large mocha shake, a large chocolate shake and a small banana)

The wait did take a while to the point our son started getting very impatient and crying but everything came hot which is more then I can say for many places even after a wait

The sweet potato fries were absolutely delicious especially with the marshmallow dip I really hope they bring them back next year

The cheese burgers were absolutely delicious and accurate to what we had ordered when it came to customization

My son absolutely adored his banana shake finishing and asking for more

The mocha wasn't what I was expecting I was expecting it to be more like coffee though it was still good

The chocolate shake was amazing well blended and extra chocolatly

“I ♥️ their oatmilk lattes. Usually get their Girl Scout cookie inspired drinks but today got a Carmel one instead and it was delicious. Their pop tarts are delightful too!! Hubby really enjoyed brown sugar. Staff is always super friendly and everything is quick and efficient for busy work schedule! Love this place.“

“I’m addicted to their Medium Roast Breakfast Blend!! It’s been my go to for a year now. I love their large selection and seasonal varieties. And they also carry a good selection of teas as well. They are the “Candy shop” of coffee and teas!“

“I cannot say enough great things about this brewery! Atmosphere was great! Nice indoor space (and private room for special events) and bar and really great big outdoor space. They also have adult only and family friendly sections. A ton of grass and playing area for kids and live music. The food and drinks were very good and don’t even get me started on the service. Absolutely exceptional! If I was Paul Hollywood I would give them all a handshake 🤝. They don’t have designated servers; it’s order at the bar and they’ll bring your food out to you, but when the bartenders had time they would go around to the tables asking if we needed anything additional. Bathrooms and the entire place in general was extremely clean too which was a huge plus. I strongly suggest the house made chips and dip!“

“Interesting set up. Order food and drinks up top. Take a marker and your drinks to your table, wait staff brings food out when ready. If you want drinks you must go get them. Someday this place will be completed. Kitchen seams at capacity now. Not a fan of their service model, however food , specialty bears and drinks are top notch. Bar service is fast and friendly. The special menu is not easy to find. Ask- it will be worth it. Recommend getting there early to get an umbrella. The sun can get hot.“

“We have been going here for years even before the new owners. The last four times we were there I always ask for the gravy HOT, since almost every place sends it out just warm. If you microwave after it's on the biscuits it ruins the biscuits. anyway I was about ready to quit going there, and my wife suggested we try one more time. Peyton served us and I relayed my message to her. She personally made sure the cook got the message, and it came out Hot as well as my wife's omelet which she orders with half cheese which rarely happens. I always suspected the cook wasn't getting the message from the other server. Hats off to Peyton for saving a long time customer. Thank you“

“My daughter and I were intrigued about the salsa bar! We walked in and were immediately greeted. We took our time looking over the menu. So many choices that sounded equally delicious. I chose a half quesadilla and my daughter ordered the pork tacos. We also decided on chips and queso for an appetizer. I was shocked at the amount of queso that came with the chips! Plenty for the chips and then some! And wow, it was quite tasty! The half quesadilla was the perfect size for lunch and we're the tacos for my daughter. I loved the salsa bar. They were all labeled with ingredients and heat level. I enjoyed creating my own blend. Yum! We couldn't quite finish our whole meal so we got containers to go and a lid for the queso. We would definitely come back to eat again!“
