Based on the reviews, Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen at Strongsville Mall offers a great experience. The food is fresh, hot, and delicious. The chicken is crispy and seasoned perfectly, and the biscuits are soft. The chicken sandwich is a highlight, possibly the best ever. The mashed potatoes are also good. The General Manager provides excellent, kind, and outstanding customer service, making everyone feel welcome. The food comes out quick, often in less than two minutes. It is one of the better Popeyes locations. However, prices are higher than standalone Popeyes locations. It is on the second floor of the mall, which can be a hassle with mall traffic, and there can be a wait for the order. Despite this, it is a great experience overall, and many will definitely come back.
