By far the worst restaurant I have ever frequented. The facility was disgusting and the customer service was worse. Cannot be described.
This Chipotle continues to disappoint. Seems like each time I go in it is something different. Poor service, small portions, out of key ingredients, or dirty. Today, the place was a mess. I asked for sour cream and was told they were out only to see another container of sour cream come out a customer later. I said I would never go back to the Marion Ohio location because of cleanliness. We'll I was wrong it must be a corporate model to just leave the dining room a mess. Food was OK. But will all the small family Mexican restaurants around you can get a better cheaper meal someplace else, and support a local joint, with better food.
