“I went while on a business trip. I utilized the drive-through. Service was quick, the staff was friendly, and the food was fresh and hot. This was the first time in years that I actually got a whopper that wasn't soggy and appeared to be made by someone that knew what they were doing and cared about the product they put out. Bravo to the boards and drive-through staff that was on duty.“

“First trip was great. Second trip my fries were only half full and frosties weren't frozen. I watched them pur the mix on the machine before dispensing ours. Third trip they lied that they don't serve cold cream coffee brew after 8pm.“

“Best drive through experience ever. Most visits to a McDonald’s drive thru are exactly the opposite of this, so I wanna recognize excellence when I see it and say thank you. I know most people will be shocked to hear this but I was greeted with smiles, hellos, pleases and thank yous. I was literally handed my food as I pulled up to the window and the food was fresh and hot, EVEN THE NUGGETS, unlike most visits, these were fresh, hot and crispy. I worked at McDonald’s years ago, I know service and quality like this can be done, franchise owners and managers need to do a way better job overall to drastically raise the bar.

I almost wonder if this McDonald’s today had someone from upper management visiting and this is why everything was so perfect, but regardless, today y’all had it going on!“

“First time here. Waitress seemed a bit quirky, but it seemed like this was the norm from my mother who comes more regularly. For each order you can get a sample of their baked beans. Again, kinda odd in my experiences, but each place has their own things. The beans were good, btw. I ordered a burger that had bacon. Not sure exactly the name. It was good. The fries were also very good, better than expected. Portion sizes were respectable for the price. They make their own iced tea, and it was running a bit low on the several gallon jug they poured from. But it was good. I would go back again. My kids would like the place.“

“I went here for my birthday with a few friends and it was a great time, the music and atmosphere were on point the whole time and our server Hannah was super helpful and present the whole time, honestly some of the best service I've ever had, and I personally ordered the Sriracha Honey Chicken sandwich and it was delicious and hot, and the tater tots it came with were perfectly cooked, a great experience overall, and I'd definitely come again!“

“If only Detroit had a BBQ restaurant as good as this one. I've tried a handful of items but always go back to the pulled pork platter, the pork being properly smoked low and slow with a nice bark on it. The sauces are also very tasty, not overpowering the meat (and thankfully, not out of a bottle like at the chain restaurants). The sides are also quite good; the macaroni and cheese is a nice pile of artery-clogging goodness! Can't go wrong here. We always stop in when visiting the Toledo Zoo.“

“Food is almost always on point! Service is great! Personally I wish it was not so loud. The music is so loud that you aren’t able to hold a conversation with the family/friends you are sitting with. For the most part, that’s the only bad thing I can say. I wish they would turn down the music!!! 🤦🏼‍♀️“
