“We came here for dinner and there were 7 of us. Hostess told us there was not a table available so they put us on a list. Than she told us we had to wait in our car. My grandchildren were busy playing on the game machines so I asked her if we could just hang out by the games and she was very rude to me and said we were in the way. So we had to take the small children outside and wait. So than we kept seeing people coming in with the same amount of people being seated before us. Finally when we were seated the waitress took our order and we literally waited for an hour and a half for our food. The waitress got an attitude with us when we asked about our order instead of apologizing to us. I probably would of understood if the place was busy but by the time we sat down all the tables around us were empty. I felt very disrespected and felt like the hostess and the waitress were very rude . Also the food was terrible. I will never go to this place ever again. Terrible customer service“

“Amazing pizzas made in their wood fired brick oven pizzas made fresh to order. We ordered five pizzas and they were brought to our table within 10-15 minutes.

Pizzas are thin crust, which we enjoy and large for one to individually enjoy. Toppings are plentiful and brought to you straight from the oven to your table.

Cozy atmosphere, Christmas lights, and multiple little country flags on the walls; while waiting for our food we trivia'ed ourselves on how many we knew.

It's a great local place for a dine in for a pizza, and we continue to come back.“

“Please don't expect to get service at the window, even if you order ahead online. Apparently, walk-in customers will be priority then you will be "behind" all of them. We waited 18 minutes and online it says this is a time that is less busy than usual and usually no wait. One make your own bowl was missing a lot of the veggies selected. Pepperoni stick was not even wrapped. But we got a free cookie for our $46 order

“Overall good experience at this Olive Garden. Hadn't been to one in a long time but the revamped menu made sense with solid Italian entree choices. Our waitress Jax was super great and very friendly. I had spaghetti and meat sauce which was good, sauce needed more meat I thought. I got sauteed shrimp on it as well and those were tasty. My wife got the Five Cheese Ziti al forno and that looked and tasted good. We both got the sausage potato soup which was a pleasant surprise. Breadsticks were ok, marinara we got with them was nothing special. My wife got an Italian margarita and that was nicely made. If you have a hankering for Italian and want good value, Olive Garden is your place!“

“Over the Fourth of July weekend, we had an engagement party for my stepdaughter in the private room at Urban Pine. It was absolutely wonderful! The room was comfortable, and the food was absolutely amazing topped off with their great wines! The service was just as good. Would definitely have an event there again. The owner was wonderful to work with.“

“Panera is one of my “Go -To’s”, a standard for many other places, a role model for their niche market. I am a charter member if the Sip-Club, and highly recommend it.

Like many chains, there are differences, sometimes subtle and sometimes blatant, between specific locations. My favorite Panera location is in Perrysburg, the other side of the Maumee River from this location. This Maumee location is open, airy, and welcoming… yet colder, less clean and tidy, and slower than Perrysburg and a few others.

We frequently go into places, already familiar, with the place and menu, and even knowing what we’re planning to order… but we still like to ask for recommendations. The girl at the counter cringed a bit while saying, “I really don’t like our sandwiches, but I’m not much of a sandwich girl.” I always appreciate honesty, but I was not expecting that.

Overall, a good visit. If this location had been my first impression of Panera, I’d be pleased, and also pleased to return.“

“My family always enjoys the buffet. My kids highly recommend the Chicken Bacon Ranch pizza. However, this weekend we entertained 20 4th graders at Pizza Primo for my twins 10th birthday. They were so accommodating! They opened hours early for us and let all the kids make their own pizzas and the price was a steal! This place is the epitome of a family owned busy. “This Panera is inside Entrance B of the hospital, for anyone else who is confused trying to find it like I was. The food was exactly as expected for Panera, which means my soup and bread was delicious. I love the broccoli cheddar. It would be much more convenient to eat here if there were more (or any) signs on the hospital campus telling you where it is.“
