“I've been there a few times, and depending on the day or shift, you get workers that do or don't care atmosphere. But the manager does care. I had an issue and brought it up. He went out of his way to fix my issue. Most managers I ment usually try to push things away or give a rude attitude, but here is a different story.“

“We had a quick dinner at Swenson's in Stow and were not disappointed. The Galley Boy was delicious and the onion rings were crunchy and filled with rings of onion, not pieces. The iced tea was a little stale and not drinkable, but the service was great as always. The carhops were fast and friendly.“

“We ordered a salad topped with salmon, French Onion Soup and the sirloin and mashed potatoes. The salad was crisp and fresh, and the salmon served medium as ordered. It was very good. The French onion soup was excellent with plenty of onions in a tasty broth. The sirloin was cooked medium as ordered. It tasted great but was a bit tough to chew. Service was very good - friendly and efficient.“

“One of the greatest establishments in Akron history and even endorsed by local native LeBron James. I grew up coming here with my Dad and my older brother.I love getting the classic Galley Boy with fried mushrooms. And you can’t go wrong with a peanut butter milkshake.“

“My two daughters, grand daughter and I went to DeJuan's on Saturday 4/27/24 for my birthday dinner. Our reservation was at 8pm. First time going there. We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was delightful. I had the shrimp scampi and daughters had salmon. This is definitely on our list of favorites. We had a pleasant surprise, we had to wait a little bit longer for our food due to other big parties (no big deal to us), however the management came to our booth and apologized for the slight delay and took care of the whole bill for the night. We did not have to pay a dime. WOW!. We have been to other restaurants but never received such pleasant service. On top of such wonderful gesture, I was given a signature glass as a birthday gift. KUDOS to Erica, Tracy and our server Navel (i hope i spelled it right). We thank you sincerely for making our day. We will definitely come back again.“

“Great group of ladies on shift today. The woman working the drive thru window was so kind and helpful, not everything goes the way it should and technology sometimes takes longer than we expect. We all need a little grace sometimes, kindness goes a long way!“

“Never had a bad thing from Chuggers. The only downside, on some nights service can be rough, but that's expected. And some of the pool league people are douchebags, in my experience. That's my biggest issue with "atmosphere". But during sporting events everyone is amazing!“

“Franks is the typical hole in the wall and those of you that have read my reviews know I love these places. The service is good at Franks and the bartenders are friendly and can carry a conversation. Atmosphere is very eclectic - see my pictures. The food specials are a deal so make sure to check those out. I had the cowboy burger on this visit but have also had the NY strip which is good. The cowboy burger is sautéd onions, cheddar, bacon and candied jalapeños. Handmade burger and very tasty. Only complaint is the burger was thick but not wide enough to cover the bun. Give Franks a try“

“The food was predictably good, as was the service. The restaurant was quite noisy and, as we were a party of 6, the seating configuration wasn't conducive to us having a conversation. They put a table for 2 at the end of a table for 4, extending into the aisle. A large square or round table would have been preferable.“

“After driving past this dining gem on S Main for years, wondering if we'd enjoy the place, we stopped in this past Saturday at around 4PM to get a late afternoon meal. We were seated almost immediately in a spotless booth with soft lighting, provided menus with an endless array of offerings, and asked for our beverage order. Suffice it to say we were impressed by the immediate service given to us by Felicia, and her ability to make us feel welcomed! The bleucheese burger we shared was perfect, French fries were very hot and crispy, and the house salad was accompanied by two house-made dressings, a creamy white French and a balsamic...both were outstanding, and the servings were enough to provide dipping sauces for the fries. We believe we have found the neighborhood tavern we've been seeking since moving to Akron in 2018! Sure, the burger prices were a bit high, but in keeping with the disastrous economic times. Super neighborhood spot for dining, libations, and tv viewing. And the friendly staff is the icing on the cake, actually on the incredibly sinfully deeelicious bread pudding!“

“After 2 hours of driving we stopped in cuyahoga falls for food. We were walking by the different windows looking at menus when Miss Jackie met us at the door with a menu. “Great, and I mean great employees. Dano himself regularly greets customers and checks on their satisfaction. Lakeside is accurate as it is nestled on the Portage Lakes waterfront. Good drink selection, and great daily specials. The burgers are great, but the buns fall apart as soon as you pick them up. Warm weather is all about the patio and picnic tables. They do have an interior bar as well and they have flat screens everywhere. They also boast the best boat docks of all of the restaurants on PLX. Dano is the most involved owner I've ever encountered. The parking lot is cramped and situated on narrow or one way streets. Can be difficult to navigate on crowded days or after dark. When you get there, park with the intention to get out easily. You'll see what I mean when you get there. Definitely a great place on a nice day or to watch a game.“

“We had such a good time visiting this place before a concert at the Goodyear Theater. We could tell everything was made in-house with love, and were quite pleased with our decision to eat there. One friend commented that it just felt clean – not tainted with extra ingredients. Even the pre-dinner bread was clearly made in house. Super fresh and not a perfect shape. “Cute little place I've kept passing up on my drives to the Akron area. Came here on a slow day, they got a comprehensive menu that's affordable on any budget. Tried a couple of items on their menu, their BLT was amazing! Their dilly dog should of came with a description because I didn't know it had cheese on the dog. Their speciality pumpkin pie shake was really good and all this food for $10 in a time where everything is expensive is great. Very friendly service. It took a while sure but it was worth it!“

“Went to this place today.My bun wa hard. the meat was good but when the bill came they charged us way more than the the menu price. I ordered a double cheese burger and so did someone else and was charged 13 something.. I also got a single burger snd not a double.. my husband had the hot flaming burger which was a single burger and and they gave him 2 pattys . someone else with me got the burger with the hot dogs on it and was charged at least $4 more then advertised.. they got rootbeer was advertised $3 a peice and was charge $6. you know I can go menches and get s better meal! we won't be back! this should not have been a $70 bill! this is the menu they posted on this page 21 hours ago.. oh and we asked for a basket of fries they brought 2 he said was alot af fries so we assumed it was to make it easier for 4 people to share.. nope charged us for 2!“

“Came here for a lunch with my coworkers and the food was great the staff was friendly. I got the stuffed jalapeños, hot rockets, and the Windsor burger. The food came out shortly and everything was hot. Great place to go grab a bite to eat.“

“Stromboli!!! Eldorado has amazing Stromboli! Me and my partner ordered the Regular, large Stromboli and we were in favor heaven. The Stromboli had a croissant like layer which was soft, flakey, and crunchy. The Stromboli was HUGE for the price. Highly recommend anyone to try the Stromboli. We also ordered a 6 piece wing on the side. The wings were very pricey for the amount you get but they were pretty good. Service was pretty decent. Our waitress was very kind and sweet.
