“My wife and I made a random stop while on a road trip and stumbled onto one of our favorite places in the country. The atmosphere was so friendly and welcoming. The entertainment was amazing. Everything we ordered tasted fantastic, the honey horseradish sauce is the best thing I’ve ever tasted. I definitely know where we will be stopping whenever driving through Ohio. We can’t wait to be back.”

These guys consistently get my order right 9/10 from online and are generous with ingredient portions. And unlike the location on E State St the wheat bread smells and tastes like wheat bread and not like tuna which as a vegetarian is a very appreciated thing… ?”

“My beagle ordered a cheeseburger for his final meal. He absolutely loved it. He also had good things to say about the half of my chicken sandwhich that he ate. He was a good boy, and always a hungry boy.

“Finally got the chance to dine in at one of highest rated restaurants in the town. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We ordered lamb chops, lamb shawarma and chicken wrap. Lamb chops were okayish but the shawarma and chicken wrap were really good. In desserts , we were split between chocolate forte and tiramisu. We went for chocolate forte and it was delicious. I would recommend this place if you are in town.”

“Took my father out for breakfast this morning and had the nicest server. She was super friendly and had a great recommendation on what to get. I had the breakfast burger and dad had the biscuit stack. The food was great and very generous portions. When we left, Dad forgot his cell phone on the table. We only knew that because our server came running out of the door as we got to our vehicle. Unfortunately, I didn't remember her name but we are very thankful and will definitely be back.”

Our waiter was working his butt off to get everyone their orders and did it with a smile the whole time. Not only was the food fantastic but the customer service was one of the best I’ve had…. “Love the atmosphere, friendly staff, great patio and amazing drink selection! Wanted to mention I had a small issue with my bank and MISTAKENLY thought they double charged me. The owner was quick with a response to help resolve the issue and spent time on a Sunday (which is not business hours) to talk it over with me, even when it turned out that it was my bank at fault and not the establishment. 10/10 would recommend :)”

Clean, friendly place that is there to serve you. The ol ladies favorite was the delicious coney and "Carmel milkshake." Located on the old St.Rt.33 (Canal Street) next to the car wash and Domino's. Parking available, handicap accessible.

“We held a private alumni event for The Singing Men of Ohio at The Side Bar last weekend and it was incredible. Not only was the staff so amazing to work with leading up to the event, but the price was unmatched and the space itself was perfect. The bartenders working that night were incredible as well. We fit about 150 people in the venue and it was completely private to our group. It provided for us an elevated event that was suitable for our alumni to interact with current members of the group. I have a feeling Side Bar will become really popular among students and alumni alike and be around for some time. All weekend, our alumni were commenting how much they loved the event at Sidebar and hoped we returned there. If you're looking for a great place for students and alumni to gather, check this place out. 15/10!”
