“We ordered 3 orders of wings. The hot sauce was good, but not too hot. The Hawaiian sauce wasn't our favorite. The fries were so good, I didn't even need ketchup. My only 2 complaints were the restaurant was really cold and there weren't napkins available unless we asked for them. I just thinking being a wing place you know they are messy you should have napkins readily available. We will definitely be back! The prices were very reasonable as well.“

“We were traveling from Buffalo New York to Mahomet IL and stopped at the Smokey Bones in Dayton for dinner. We have a Smokey Bones in Buffalo which is excellent and expected the same service in Dayton, we were not disappointed! Smokey Bones has an extensive menu with a focus on smoked meats. We suggest their baby back ribs their signature dish.“

“Basically a run of mill yet unique baresque resteraunt. I had a BBQ pizza and my wife a taco salad. Both were overall good and the price was very fair vs the portion. I'd give it a 5 star but the food is mostly general grade, not saying frozen etc but what you would expect. However it arrived hot, on time and the service was great!“

“Daniel was by far the best server I’ve had in here. Come here 2-3 times a week and have never had a server with a positive attitude like him. ( I eat out every meal ) was very kind , attentive to my order , and very quick to get refills and check to make sure everything was to my liking. If I could recommend anyone for a manager spot it would be him.“

“New update: previously rated 5/5, but last two times I’ve ordered my pizza with EXTRA SAUCE, the pizzas arrived with hardly ANY sauce. I paid for extra sauce and that’s how I like them. Until I start noticing a closer attention to those details, my rating will remain.

“They were advertising a$7.99 special of hushpuppy fantasy shrimp w one side and a drink. I purchased a meal without a drink. When I got home to eat my meal, I only had a stale biscuit no hush puppy and peanut size stale shrimp that were hard as rocks. I called the restaurant and spoke to a young man who said he was not responsible for what was on the board. This is false advertising. I was not told of the change. Quite disappointed .“

“Pizza is always amazing, love their garlic butter. I need the secret recipe.
The only problem I have is delivery in-house charges of 5.00 dollars. I'm already paying you for the pizza so I pay you again for your service. Then I feel like the driver gets ripped off so I tip him. That makes me average or more paying an extra 10 or so for the pizza. For no reason! I will not be ordering delivery anytime soon.“

“Placed an online order and it said ready in 15-20 minutes. I went 30 minutes later to get it and the person worker said just a minute. 10 minutes went by and when I asked he said "oh we had to remake it". I asked why and he pointed to the register and said the machine messed up. I asked if the machine made it the first time and he said no. I asked for the manager and I saw him tell the manager I wanted to speak with him. Manager did not even bother to come talk to me or make eye contact. Just kept working. I took a refund and left. Staff did not care or made no effort to fix the problem. Horrible customer service. Would strongly encourage another place. 11-28-17 Papa John's redeemed themselves today. They addressed the problem from the earlier post. The pizza we ordered today was fresh, hot and delicious. The order was complete and ready on time for pick up. I only saw two staff in the building but they were efficient and very polite.“

“Was a little disappointed tonight. We were told the dining room is open until 10:00 p.m. we got there play a little before 9:00 p.m. they had all of the chairs stacked on the tables already we had to take the chair off the table so we could sit. Then he took apart the soda machine while we were there. He did look at us and put it back together. The food was absolutely excellent. Nice and hot and fresh. Just sort of felt like we were being pushed out. But all in all it was an okay visit, but we've had a lot better visits. The store is actually open until 1:00 a.m. on the drive-thru. The lobby closes at 10:00 p.m. to me they would have time after the lobby closed to pick and clean up the lobby and fill up the condiments. So just for food for thought to you guys when you're open late like that I will clean your lobby after your lobby closes. Your guests don't feel like they're being pushed out and rushed. Was just a little irritated at that but that's just me.“
