And we live two and a half hours away, but we always make sure to go there whenever we are either heading towards or coming home from a location out that way. I always order a large container of the hot salsa to go because it's delicious, and then I put it in smaller containers and freeze them so that I can pull them out whenever I want.“

I've had issues with management from another location, occasionally he comes in when they're short staffed and he gives small portions, then up-charges and argues when you ask to have it corrected... But I don't blame the normal staff for his customer service issues. Absolutely my go to location!“

Gerardo “G” - our host - went out of his way to accommodate our large party of 35 parents and players this past Saturday evening. We are so happy that he was able to look after our large group with very little notice, giving us a memorable experience we will never forget. Fantastic food/beverages and service - huge portions at reasonable prices. We truly enjoyed ourselves and were able to celebrate one of our members special birthdays. “Was hearing about this place from friends and had to try it out for myself. The inside is very nice inside and you are greeted with this big cakes when you walk in, didn't get to try one out but wow did they look amazing. I had the pic 3 meal with 3 tacos, rice and beens. It was all so good and the wait staff was great as well. If you are around the area you definitely have to stop and they have a location in Centerville as well. .. Sadly didn't get to see the dancing robot.... One day I will lol“

But what really keeps me coming back is the food—especially their Quesadilla Texana. It’s packed with chicken, steak, and shrimp, making it one of the most satisfying quesadillas I’ve ever had. The portion size is generous enough that I usually end up with leftovers, which is always a nice bonus.

The service at El Toro has also been consistently impressive. The staff is welcoming, attentive, and genuinely makes you feel taken care of. “The food was great; seriously might have been the best food I've ever had at a Hot Head. The vegetable saute and the fajita vegs were fresh and cooked correctly (not mushy or crunchy). Everything was fresh, but I was particularly thrilled with the vegs getting taken care of - I frequently see the squash in its pan on the hot line and it looks like its been in there for six hours. The staff was efficient and worked well together during the busy lunch hour. The dining room and self service drink station were tidy and stocked properly. It was a wonderful experience and those ladies deserve recognition for the obvious care they put in to their work.“
