Went to drive through after lunch rush and the drink was wrong size and wrong drink ordered. Staff started yelling at one another about it inside. They got the drink right had to wait for the chicken sandwich. They came out with my order and three others at the same time. So we all had to wait for all orders to come out rather than bring them out as they are done. The sandwich was wrong (not what I ordered) and so fried it was dry and not able to be finished. The drive through took over 25 minutes. I stayed in line but many left. When I finally got to place my order, I was told the total and that I either needed exact change or a card to pay, which wasn't a problem for me, but obviously others were struggling and slowing down the line. On a busy Sunday morning.
When I told the woman who gave me my order that people need to know about the payment situation before they wait a half hour in the drive thru line, she scoffed. Really?

I picked up the cheese burger and nugget meal deal pack and the only flaw was a long wait without a long line and the lack of condiments I asked for
