“We had a birthday party here with about 30 people. Kim was so helpful and kind with the planning process. On the actually night, all our guests had delicious meals with fast service. Our waitresses were efficient and friendly the whole time. All the food is amazing. I've never had a bad meal here. This has become one of my favorite places to eat downtown. Go visit them, you won't be sorry! Fantastic food!“

“On 12/19/25 was our first time ever eating here. It is a simple menu. We got the medium heat. The chicken and fries were delicious. The medium is a good flavor not too hot. The employees were helpful and friendly. The inside was clean and creative. The atmosphere was pleasant. If in the area again this place is a definite favorite to revisit.“

Wow we sent our compliments to the chef, everything was absolutely delicious and perfectly cooked and beautifully presented. “Stopped by before class, then decided to stay and work on some homework. The coffee was great and the atmosphere was just right especially the comfortable sitting.“

“Tried Condado Tacos for the first time today, through Uber Eats. I’m HIGHLY recommending them if you are a taco lover! And if you’re looking for some good comfort food. I got a bowl and a Blue Dream taco. The Blue Dream was THE best taco I’ve ever had. And the bowl was just as delicious! Came to me warm and fresh. Big portions and is worth every penny. Will definitely be a regular from now on!“

“I was really happy with all the cakes I got. The New York-style cheesecake was classic and perfect, exactly what you want from a good cheesecake. The strawberry cheesecake was also great—it had a fresh, bright strawberry topping that wasn't too sweet. And the chocolate cake was rich and moist without being too heavy. “We celebrated my husband’s birthday at Final Cut tonight, and it was exceptional. Our party of 5 had a wonderful night.

The Banana nut old fashioned was delicious. The charcuterie board was an excellent assortment, our steaks were perfectly cooked, and the desserts were phenomenal (especially the doughnuts!!!!!).

Most importantly, our service was beyond impressive. Air was so knowledgeable and friendly.

“I was craving KFC, but that's not in my budget, so I looked at reviews and chose this place. The chicken was great. The coleslaw was great, but overpriced for a tiny cup. They should have different sizes. Potatoes and biscuts were ok too. Who knew there could be such good food at a gas station chicken place. Definitely will go back.“

“We are frequent guests at Mancy’s Italian, and every visit reminds us why we keep coming back — the food, the service, and the atmosphere are always excellent. Most recently, we hosted my daughter’s baby shower here, and it was absolutely fantastic from start to finish.

Kim, the event planner, was incredible. She was organized, attentive, and made the entire planning process stress-free. She truly went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect.

Our waitresses, Dina and Aubree, were amazing as well — friendly, professional, and so attentive to our guests. They made everyone feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout the entire event.

The baby shower was beautiful, seamless, and memorable, and we received so many compliments from our guests. Thank you to the entire team for making such a special day even more special. We can’t wait to return (again and again!)“

Overall a good place to have a meal I prefer there breakfast I think. Or there comfort foods but it was 90 out so I tried a cold sandwich quality was great bread was very good but I asked for no tom and got tom not really a big deal. The chicken strips my son got where cooked perfect. No body was a big fan of the maple pepper sauce he got on the side but I bet it would go good with sweet potato fries. Fun kids straws are a plus.“

“My burger was very undercooked, so I sent it back (I spent 10 years in restaurants, I hate doing that) it took over half an hour and came back with no sauce and soooo much lettuce -you could tell the kitchen was mad at me for returning the food. But....I mean, fair. I've been there.
They were understaffed for the rush they got when we went. Our server/the bartender Monica was sweet as could be. As accommodating as she could be with a full bar and several tables. Props to her, she was wonderful.
I understand the kitchen's frustration and I'm sorry for sending food back, but that part of the experience was unpleasant. My boyfriend enjoyed his steak, though.“

“My husband and I go here frequently when we are looking for a quick lunch. Staff here is always working hard despite being short-handed like everywhere and they always get our food correct without any issues. It does seem like there is always someone else giving them a hard time when we are here. Whether it is someone from drive through or someone in the lobby. Just a reminder that they are human and they are the ones that showed up to work. Yelling at them for something they can't control does nothing except make you look like a jerk.“

“I've been to this Arby's restaurant on West Alexis three times this week each time the same gentleman serves me. He's always very polite and ask how the service was and ask that excuse the mess due to remodel. My food was hot and I'm a fan of the crinkle fries. Thank you to the manager Mike ( that's what the name tag said) for the hot food and kind service. I will continue to go to this Arby's and tell my friends about it.“
